4.0 star ratingThe hotel is clean. The music was absolutely perfect. you can enjoy music all the time. We have had made a room booking for 2 deluxe room seaview. When we reached at hotel around 3pm , I was told by the front counter that one room not ready for check in. I got to wait for an hour. First impression - WAIT! i ask front counter why got to wait because room reservation has bee made more than a week. Then, the front counter start showing me unhappy face. 2nd impression - STAFF ATTITUDE. Is that wrong I am just need a clarification. I noticed that there are too many malay staff. 5.0 star ratingThe staff are very friendly and helpful.They are keen in making the guests feel at home.Very good experience.I will highly recommend it to my friend visiiting Penang.The location of the hotel is also good as it is in the batu Ferringi area,i.e. by the seaside along the long beach area.The layout,the decoration and the facilities are good also.The private beach is also nice.They allow you to borrow different types of guitar and play during your stay.The music in the hotel made you feel young.The staff also played music in the lobby lounge near sunset to entertain the guests.The pool is very nice esp for kids as there are a nos of slides.The watersports operated by the hotel is more expensive than that of the other operators in the hotels in the area.kat15 February 2013
4.0 star ratingStay 2 days ago I inform the hotel of a friend is the day of the birthday Check, the hotel provided me with a good and easy cake to a friend a surprise, the hotel staff are very enthusiastic about services and answer questions, as well as due to the hotel is relatively far away so the carservice to the airport (surcharge), also features daily newspaper on your doorstep, giving an intimate feel. 4.5 star ratingGreat location! The room I had was on the top floor and it had a magnificent sea front view. The staff at the executive lounge were friendly and helpful. However, there wasn't a wide selection of food served in the lounge especially during the high tea..need more variety if not volume. I would come back and stay. Awesome music tooThe lift was a little wet at times especially when patrons came in straight from the pool or beach. Maybe there need to be some restrictions but if other occupants in the lift don't mind then it's not an issue. EL09 April 2013

4.0 star rating這是一所適合家庭渡假的酒店，尤其有幼齡小孩的朋友，小孩們會被這裏的兒童游泳池吸引着(因有三條兒童滑水梯)，像我家的兩位公主每次都玩至不願離開。酒店位置離機場及市中心比較遠，相信在沒有塞車的情況下，應該一小時內可由機場到達酒店或市中心，但在日間是很難看不見塞車的，尤其在上下班的時候，所以請大家記緊要準備多些時間在交通上。SY Chan28 June 2014

3.0 star ratingFriendly staff, very accommodating and well situated. Food in general was ok.Too noisy. Definitely not a hotel to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay in Penang. The lobby appeared to be used as a living room by many guests, some were sleeping. Others feeding their babies and just noisy and did not have the feel of a hotel lounge. Definitely not a place to sit and have a conversation. The cuppuccino was horrible- tasted like ditch water. Pool area too crowded and no proper beach front.
