Choice of 2 or 3Bedroom / 2Bathrooms fully furnished and air-conditioned unit that comes with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machines (individual washing machines available in Boutique Style units only).They are a favorite for both local and expatriates for the space cleaniness convenience beach location and more so because you will really truly feel like you are in a home away from home. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE• Housekeeping Service is available once a week for long stay. • For short stay we'll provide housekeeping service once every 3rd day of stay.  • Extra housekeeping service is available at MYR35 for Full Cleaning Service or MYR15 for Turndown Service. REGISTRATION PROCEDURECheck In Time 2pm. Check Out Time - 12pm Late check in after 6pm please call main number to arrange for check in assistance.Parking lot will given by total unit taken ie 1unit 1 parking lot. Each extra car is chargeable at RM5 per day. No additional guests is allowed to stay overnight.Daily stay will include all utility charges. SECURITY DEPOSITSecurity deposit is refundable after deduction of utility charges and any incidental charges if any upon checking out.
