The area is called Al Barsha and is just a 25-minute drive from Dubai International Airport; ten minutes from the Dubai World Trade Centre and Jebel Ali; five minutes from Jumeirah Road and within walking distance of the famous Mall of Emirates. The hotel has on site underground parking and valet parking services available to guests free of charge.

4.5 star ratingEmmanuel the concierge was amazing. He gave us many suggestions and helpful hints about travel and how to get to certain places. He was very friendly and had a lovely manner when answering our questions. The hotel staff were very accommodating when we told them we needed to leave early to catch our plane at 5 am. Because we needed to leave before breakfast they made up some breakfast boxes for us to have before we left. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is also in a great location, near the metro and mall of Emirates. Perhaps just need to update the pool area. Amador01 October 2015

2.5 star ratingBra internet. Trevlig personal, dock ej i check in disken. Poolen var bra.Felaktigt pris, kursen från mitt bokade i GBP uppskattades till AED. Minibaren tömdes av personal kl 4 på morronen när jag checkat in kl 2.00.... Inventering när jag duschade, safetybox och hårfön, trodde det var ett skämt. Trasig garderod, slitet badrum.
