5.0 star ratingFantastic service, excellent rooms, highly recommend. All the staff was so helpful. The room was amazing, clean and had everything going for it. We stayed 12 nights at this hotel in Dubai. Breakfast and dinner buffet has almost everything and it's so fresh and tastey. Hotel is very close to the Mall of Emirates. 4.5 star ratingwe arrived at the hotel at 6.30am knowing check-in was at 2.00pm the staff were very understanding and let us in the room straight away we were able to rest.The room was great lots of space and very clean,modern.The pool area is a great place to unwind and for my son to play in the pool was great for him,the staff were very professional and courteous.The hotel was within easy walking distance to fantastic shopping and transport will definately recommend this hoteli understand that it is a predominantly muslim country but some sort of refreshing alcholic drinks would have been nice 04 November 2013
