3.0 star ratingTo start with we made the reservation from Sweden and the price was included all taxes as specified When we arrived the hotel the receptionest told us that the price mentioned does not include the 20 percent tax.We had to pay the amount of 2310 Derhams instead of 1900 Derhams According to the reservation we made all taxes are included,for those who travel to this hotel to make sure they have enough money to pay otherwise they are to look for another hotel,for us we had to accept because the time was late at night and we were very tired to argue with them.Even i showed them that our reservation made from Sweden states clearly that all taxes are included. I dont recommend this hotel for this reasonMazin Al jareh31 December 2015
4.0 star ratingIf you needed anything the staff were willing to help however I needed an iron it took me 3 attempts to get one, later they apologised as they were busy. Otherwise anything else I wanted it was available pretty much straight away.Even though the cleaner comes everyday they didn't do a great job with the bathroom still dirty and hoover incomplete. Plus sometimes missed refilling the tea bags and sugar stand.sabs19 August 2015
