2.5 star ratingJust a 10 minute walk from emirates mall. Has a swimming pool and gym though limited gym use .Has guest toilet and a toilet and bathroom in each of the rooms The staff here are horrible , useless and very unhelpful. They have very poor eye contact and not willing to help at all.. very rude . Though rooms are quite comfortable , there are better places with better services , there are a thousand hotels in that same vicinity so please do your home work and shop around . They think they are doing you a favour and expect you to even tip them .U tried to avoid them except it was absolutely necessary as they were so unhelpful.It is definitely not a 4 star hotel . Maybe a 2 star . The kitchen was poorly equipped with no hand towels . old pots and had to ask for dish washing liquid which was just put in a cup. .please look for a better place for your bucks as it was poor value for money Anonymous 22 January 2017
