4.5 star ratingUpon arrival, very obliging staff facilitated early check in as we were in town for our son's wedding. This was very much appreciated. Easy access from M32. Car parking facility a huge bonus.We enjoyed our brief stay and will definitely stay again when the occasion arises.05 August 2013
4.5 star ratingAs usual very helpful staff - have stayed many times and would recommend. Nice rooms which are comfortable and well furnished. Great to have parking in Cabot Circus car park included in price, brilliant. Tried room service food this time - quite expensive for what you got - risotto was quite tasty but the salad was mostly onion, peppers and cheese and some lettuce etc would have been nice.Marionp05 August 2013
4.5 star ratingThis is my second visit this month to this hotel. First time I stayed on a hen do with breakfast included. The rooms are great. Very clean with nice comfy bed. The second time I visited with my husband and kids ( 3 Elements of the breakfast could have been a little better but that's about it. donnak 31 August 2013
