2.0 star ratingThe room was clean, with comfortable beds. Service staff was polite and helpful.We were sick after dinner, where we consumed some raw oysters at the restaurant and the management is implying we are liars out to seek compensation and freebies. If we didn't have food poisoning it might have been a pleasant stay, but sadly this incident exposed the flaws of the management all too clearly. Anonymous 13 October 2015

My children were sleeping & I had to put them on the couch while the staff search for my booking. At first we were a bit disappointed because we were kept waiting for almost 10 minutes after we requested to have a double bed room as what we reserved,but after that we don't expect to be upgraded to executed room..thanks to staff who facilitated this upgrade..keep up the good work..all in all..i can say the hotel is a 5 star one. 5.0 star ratingFirst look at lobby, beautiful! The room was excellent! Comfy king size bed with soft pillows. Comes with extra pillow in wardrobe and 2 robes. Complimentary drinks on desk. Toilet is super clean! Comes with rainshower and glass see through to the room. Well equipped! Ordered in dining food nasi goreng kampong, and it was delicious! Didnt order any drink but they provided a mineral water with a glass. Awesome service! Cooked by chef ruzaini. Thank u chef for the excellent food! I can't get enough of one plate! The room service is efficient and staff is very polite. Breakfast buffet was marvelous! Everything is there from fruits, pancakes, waffles, mee Kari, nasi lemak, Chinese siew mai, omelette and many many more! It was divided by 3 sections Indian, malay and Chinese. It's more like lunch buffet instead. So awesome and it's delicious too! Swimming pool is clean and looks sleek. Didnt get to try the jacuzzi. The staffs are nice and understanding. Received welcome cookies which is nice too! With complimentary drinks for all of us. The room wasn't ready till 320 pm, they actually gave me complimentary credits of 40rm to buy ourselves drinks or food! And we got smoking rooms instead well it's fine as long as we get to stay in and not wait any longer. The only negative part is that we had to wait quite long for our room so we got smoking rooms which is fine. Overall it was an excellent stay and definitely will come back! 4.5 star ratingGood location and easy access from the checkpoint. Big and spacious lobby. Very good idea to give away cookies as welcome gift. (You have extra business.) Staff are warm and welcome with a smile. The chair at the lobby is too heavy to shift. Staff is too quick to "chase" car off when friend is here to pick up guest from the hotel. 4.5 star ratingThe room.was fantastic. Clean with all the works. Facilities were abundant. Eg. steam room, jacuzzi and the pool.I ordered an alcoholic cocktail at the lounge, I was shocked when it arrived. It was a whole lot different from how it was presented during my previous visit. It was not in a proper glassware and there was no garnish. Hence, i rejected the drink. After a long time, a manager approached me with the drink, this time in a proper glassware and a garnish. But the drink was diluted. Im a chef by profession and I know what a manhattan tastes like. This time, a service staff attended to me and I told her its something i cannot accept and I do not want it and Im not paying for it. I cancelled the order. I was given a complementary slice of cake instead. It was not exactly what i wanted but damage control was done. Very disappointed with the incident though. 3.0 star ratingWarm cookies were given to guests upon arrival, this was a nice gesture. Room was decently clean.We were given a room which was dirty & not tidied. This was a rude shock as we didn't expect this blunder from a renowned hotel. We called the recep & were told that someone would come & clean up the room. We waited for 15 mins & no one came. Eventually we asked for a new room & waited another 15 mins for this to be acceded. The manager finally came & gave us the new room keycard, he was not very apologetic & didn't usher us to the new room. Over at the new room, we waited another 1 hour for a baby cot to arrive. We've submitted this request a few weeks before our arrival yet this was not arranged. The unpleasant incident at inception has marred our experience with this hotel & we won't be coming back in future. Anonymous 17 April 2017
