3.0 star ratingwe are planning to go on a retreat every month, nearest to singapore. i like the room and swimming pool. my husband and son enjoyed the swim and stay.bad experience at the lobby during check in. the staff accidentally charged the deposit of RM200 into my debit card. he said it will be refunded within 7days but is unsure if the admin charges charged will be waived off. he said he will check and call me or look for me in the hotel room to inform. he did not. after being stuck in 4hrs of traffic from causeway, and bad check in experience at abt 5pm, we got up to the room for a rest. i could not log into the free wifi. called the frontdesk and he asked me to get away from the window since their wifi is affected by signals from singapore. he also said he will check and call my room back. he did not. i went around the room, and could only connect to wifi while in the toilet. i had to check emails and messages every hour in the toilet instead of the comfort of my hotel bed and the company of my husband and son. i am so disappointed. a meetup with the manager during checkout, she said she cant do anything to help because i did not book directly through the hotel. i am so pissed....! looks like im in the hunt for a different hotel and direct booking.ina sultan02 April 2013

4.0 star ratingNot bad, we came with low expectations I guess, so we were pleasantly surprised by everything. Bed and bathroom was clean and comfy. Breakfast was fair - they had roti canai and curry which was good, the other food were just average, nothing stood out. Hotel location was not walkable to anywhere. 4.5 star ratingI paid for a seaview room..... which can see beautiful sun-set. Breakfast buffet is good. Swimming pool is rather big. I like to take high tea at the Lobby Lounge.... at certain time, there's even a pianist playing.Jess27 November 2013

4.0 star ratinggenerally clean, deluxe twin room is large and clean.The cleaning staff uses t he hand towels and bath towels to clean the wash basins and the bathroom floors. it's very unhygenic! i am sure the cleaning staff can afford to buy microfiber cleaning cloth for cleaning the room.Anonymous 12 August 2014
 Breakfast is a good spread. I am very displeased to discover a deluxe "sea facing" room doesn't come with a mini bar! For a highly rated hotel......No hand towels....no toothbrush...... Mikomul26 December 2014
3.0 star ratingStaff very friendly and genuine, helpful too. the sink in my room 801 was peeling - so the upkeep of the hotel needs looking into. No toothbrush. 3.0 star ratingWhile sleeping, my 2 year old daughter was bitten by an insect just right next to her eye and causing it to go swollen overnight. And because of that we have to rushed her to the hospital to check if there's any infection in her eye. I have a strong feeling it comes in the blankets and the covers from the bed. it all depends on the cleanliness of the bedsheet or whatsoever. Because the same situation happened to a kid sleeping over and had a swollen eye infection the next day.nurul23 February 2015
