5.0 star ratingWe didnt get chance to eat at the hotel. But the stay was pleasant. Room was lovely clean and fresh. And staff very friendlyNot sure if this is down to the hotel itself but I booked through trivago. And hotelopia. When we arrived they didnt even no about are booking so luckily I had my reservation paper work with me. And the staff member on at the time managed to book u s straight in thankfully there were not full. Hotel also asked for a £ 100... yes £100 deposit to secure sny damages that might accor while we where there. Not hapoy about this as me (23) and my partner dudnt have a spare 100 in our pockets. This was crazy. And I felt a llittle discriminated against already. Both me and my partner work in 4* hotels and have never experienced this before.sammy30 July 2013

4.0 star ratingReally pleased with our room. It was clean and the decor was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and check in was easy and quick. Would definitely stay again.The room was rather hot ( but as we are actually having a summer this year we musn't complain! It would have been helpful to have the option of using just a top sheet but there was only a duvet.) The only real downside was the bath panel which had some water damage and the bottom seal of the bath/shower screen looked as if it needed replacing.(probably the cause of the water damage) Otherwise the bathroom was neat and clean with pleasant decor.30 July 2013
4.0 star ratingthe hotel was very clean and comfortable and the receptionist was very apologetic for all the MISHAPS!!!! The MANAGEMENT!! Couldn't run a bath every night we stayed, we couldn't get in are rooms as the card readers wouldn't work and that wasn't just our rooms it was every room in the hotel. 3.5 star ratingThe receptionist was the rudest person I have ever met. I had my booking confirmation but the hotel couldn't find my booking, and the receptionist didn't care. She told me it was my problem and that I had to contact hotelopia to get them to send confirmation over and my booking reference didn't mean anything. I had to ask to speak to the manager 3 times before he happened to walk past. Luckily he found my booking but didn't get an apology from the manager or receptionist for being rude to me. Disgusted at the service I recieved here!15 August 2013

5.0 star ratingWhen we arrived there was no booking for us. I don't know whose problem it was bit on one of the busiest weekends of the year with major sporting events on and a wedding they were very busy. The receptionist said leave it with us until you come back tonight. When we arrived back, quite late, all had been sorted and we had a very nice, large, clean room. The kettle was missing so when I asked we had one given to us in no time. Free car parking. Hotel was perfect for what we required and the price we paid. NoneAnonymous 27 August 2014
1.0 star ratingOne of the worst hotel I stayed in, if you get the room facing towards the main road you cannot go to sleep. Its only have top-hinged roof window and no proper window and room is boiling hot. Please do not booked this hotel especially with through the third party.Mohammad05 November 2015
