5.0 star ratingWe could not fault the hotel on any level. The wide choice of food, selection of pools and evening entertainment catered for all tastes. There was always a member of staff available to look after us should we have a problem or query and all were courteous and smartly dressed. We were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble.carrots16 March 2013
4.0 star ratingThe staff round the pool were very attentive, bringing drinks over throughout the day without being asked. As an all inclusive package I didn't expect that kind of service so was surprised. Concierge staff were very helpful with any queries we had and rectified things quickly (ie. we had no robes in our room at first).There are a number of add ons that you can do such as beauty treatments, boat trip and a meal on the pier. A number of people come by to ask you if you would like these. Whilst we understood they are trying to sell, we were asked daily for things that we repeatedly said no to. 5.0 star ratingReally lovely staff, entertainment was good. Food very nice. Really enjoyed the no children aspect. We met some lovely people and are booking to go back in November. The only negative would be the Sunbeds too close together. Anonymous 24 April 2015

4.5 star ratingStaff are really friendly. As returning guests we were taken back by how so many staff remembered us. Food is lovely. Adults only hotel. Foe Sea Views stay in block 17 and 18.Very steep walk from beach to reception. Rooms in blocks 10&11 are closes to reception but then you hear all the entertainmenttracy&steve23 May 2015
