2.0 star ratingGarden and pool side is nice. The pool watchman was really friendly and nice, he helped us find nice sunbeds every day. Reception staff is horrible. We technically had to beg and raise our voice for everything. Nothing was arranged and sorted out in a professional manner. The bar staff at the pool is the same. If someone is not Russian is totally ignored and kept waiting. Even someone is in All Inclusive they have to pay for a simple coffee at the bar otherwise they can drink the various plastic drinks like coke, fanta, sprite etc... In the hotel surprisingly the second language is not English, it is Russian. Even the late night shows are in Russian so absolutely not worth attending them. The hotel says that it has a beach however the beach is 25 minute bus journey away with no coral reefs. It's not worth going there at all. muttley15 October 2010
