3.0 star ratinga it's a new hotel than everything is clean and shiny. nice pool.charge money on everything:towel in the swiming pool, extra time on check-out (10 euro per hour!!!!). breakfast is poor and not changing.19 May 2009
4.5 star ratingGreat hotel, large comfortable rooms, great location. Swimming pool is fantastic to dip your feet in after a long day at the parks. Frequent free busses to and from the Disney parks. Check out on departure was 12pm yet the maid was banging on our door for 5 mins trying to get us up at 10am which was a bit ridiculous!! just ignored it and she got the hint eventually. Air conditioning wasnt the best. We also asked for extra pillows which we never got but i wouldnt let any of this put anyone off.27 May 2009
3.5 star ratinggreat location, nice restaurant facilitiesair conditioning didn't work very well - had to open window to let cool air in. 02 July 2009
3.5 star ratingThis was a lovely hotel and my 9 year old daughter was over the moon when we arrived. She had a curtain around her bunk beds with her own TV and lights. We used this hotel as a base to explore Paris as there was an excellent train link nearby with trains running every 10mins to Paris. Free bus fro hotel to train station every 10 mins. Plenty of free parking on site. Hotel pool was rarely busy, we had it to ourselves twice. Breakfast on the first morning was pandamonium with everyone trying to get to the Disney Parks, the next day we went later and it was much better. Room service trays were lying outside rooms in the corridor for more than 24 hours. Buses to and from station could be busy depending on time of day with the parks.K25 October 2009
4.5 star ratingStaff polite and helpfulRoom could have been a bit cleaner (old sweets under bed when arrived) and dirty towels not changed when left in bath.03 April 2010
3.5 star ratingGood and pleasant atmosphere. Very clean. No security. Before we went to the room allocated to us, we made a mistake and went to another room. However, we managed to open the door by inserting the card given to us for our allocated room. To our surprise, we found out that there were people in the bathroom, and we had to leave the room quickly. We checked again the room no. Also, the door cannot be locked from inside, which means that anybody from outside can open the door. The restaurant service was poor. The hotel boasts for a four-star rating. I do not consider it to be a three star hotel. As far as food was concerned, no difference was made between veg and non-veg. Our friend is a strict vegetarian, and we ordered a veg meal. However, there was ham and seafood in it. Also, we waited approx. 30-40 minutes to have a drink. We drove from London to Paris. There was no good indication where the Magic Circus Hotel was. We were going round and round for about 40 minutes before we could see only one sign only. 09 August 2010

4.5 star ratingExcellent facilities, spacious, and pool especially popular with our kiddies - and us. Only complaint, is our family room felt a little cramped - big top covering for bunk beds lovely, but they were right on top of our main bed, and big wardrobe right alongside television made whole thing feel a little cramped. every otter aspect excellent.28 August 2011
4.5 star ratingThe hotel itself was well presented with a theme across the hotel which stuck out (circus'ish) and the rooms were quite lush, and the beds very comfortable, some of the best I have slept on hotel wise. When I got there the room was clean and very aired out / refreshing smelling, and every day the cleaning of the room was spot on. What really stood out for me however was the brilliant cooking, the cost of the food was a lot, but if you get the opportunity to try one of there burgers, you wont regret it, its the best i've ever had. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was around 25 channels on the telivision in a mix of languages and channels. The cost of the food was quite expensive at times, and the Gym lacked real weight lifting equipment, I recommend the Gym for cardio reasons, but there is little to no weights for working your body (Just running / cycling machines etc). This was a little disappointing because you don't really need a cardio workout when you have just spent 8 hours walking around Disneyland Paris.MaximasVonBracey07 September 2011

5.0 star ratingWe came at 3 pm, staff at the reception desk were very friendly, they explained everything about hotel (swimming pool, breakfast etc) . Kids loved room, especially bunk beds with curtain and circus chairs. One of the reading lamps was broken and sink wasn't working properly, so on our out to Disneyland we reported that at reception and when we came back everything was sorted out. Room was very nice with clean towels every day if you need them (there's a note on the bathroom wall: if you need clean towels- leave them on the floor). Breakfast was Continental buffet, again staff very friendly and efficient. The only thing- go for breakfast earlier- before 9 am, after that people waited about 30 min to be seated. We came around 8 for breakfast and were seated immediately. It's brilliant location for Disneyland and also there's huge shopping center close to the hotel- about 5 min by car. They have bus shuttle for Disney quite often and if you come by car there's a big parking and it's complimentary. Will definitely go again and I can recommend this to anybody, especially to families. 3.5 star ratingStaff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Except for the one day (sunday) they didn't have white bread. The rooms weren't very clean. Dust all over the room. Cobweb on the ceiling. Bottlecap and other left-overs from previous guests under the bed. One of the rooms was very very warm. Airconditiong didn't help.02 March 2012
4.0 star ratingNice family hotel - good breakfast - very pleasant staff. Shuttle bus to Disneyland runs regularly. Very expensive bar/restaurant prices. The local Valee Shopping Mall has a large number of restaurants offering much better value for a family group. 5 minutes by car or taxiMichael03 April 2012
5.0 star ratingWe had a double room and it was very spacious, biggest bed I have ever seen and a nice view from the window. The weather was very hot during our stay so the air con in the room was perfect. Very good selection of food for breakfast and plenty of seating available. The shuttle bus was very efficient and although at times very busy, we always got on the first one that arrived. The only negative I can give about the hotel is that when a glass/bowl/plate was smashed during breakfast the staff didnt really deal with it very well. They were informed about it but didnt react to it very quickly at all. The smashed glass was left unattended with people, including children, walking by it without noticing it was there. This continued to occur until the cleaner arrived a good few minutes later. James21 August 2012

4.5 star ratingGreat location for Disneyland and facilities for the kids. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would recommend for travel with kids.Family of 430 September 2013
5.0 star ratingThis hotel was amazing for children and our experience was fantastic. Great value for money and I would highly recommend it to all families going to disneyland :) I would go back in a heart beat. Drinks where a bit over priced but apart from that every thing else was superb The balls pit in Main lobby needs to be padded around edges as my two year old got a back eye from this which was bad enough. 29 October 2013
3.5 star ratingNice big room and so good to find a hotel that can acommodate three kids without having to book two rooms. Has a pool. Nice shower and shampoo products Breakfast was included Staff very friendlyRoom was dusty , day sheets had stains on them, swimming pool water looked murky. One family had a girl with them who went into pool fully clothed... No wonder water is not clean! Travellerlady04 February 2014
4.5 star ratingLovely corporate feel hotelYou don't at all get a disney feeling, very corporate feel with circus stripes . No circus entertainment at all and lots of coin operated rides but would be very expensive to stay with rides at 2 euros each. Cathie19 December 2013
Anonym 16 February 2014
4.0 star ratingStaff mostly very helpful. Location is perfect for a few days break in disney. Free shuttle bus to and from RER station and disney village. Breakfast replenished very quickly. Swimming pool looks unattended for a while, a bit dirty. Room looksa bit old and worn, stain on carpet and sofa seat, scratched and broken wardrobe. Please note that although website information said 369 air-conditioned room but the air-con is only on in the summer months only. The room was a bit too hot and had to open the window to cool down. 4.0 star ratingStaff were very friendly and constantly went out of their way to help. Very close to Disney Park, with regular shuttle bus.Food options for eating at hotel were very limited.Anonymous 15 March 2014
3.5 star ratingStaff really helpful. Beds really comfortable. Kids loved the theme rooms and the ball pit. Staff relaxed enough to allow children to run around and play .Toilets beside the shop had not been cleaned and was really disgusting also when I entered the room I also encountered a foul smell. The general cleanliness needs to be improved immediately International traveler 29 November 2016
