4.5 star ratingthe kids loved the soft play area and the swimming pool, all the staff were very friendly. tea and coffee was not always changed when the room was cleaned, which was frustrating when you come back from a long day at the park.Kam15 April 2014
4.0 star ratingLovely spacious rooms, Great swimming pool There was a mouse in the jungle gym!! After making a manager aware we we're assured the problem would be rectified immediately only to find him there again the following day! Anonymous 25 May 2014

4.0 star ratingBeautifully set hotel, fun for kids, professional staff, close to disneyland and open 24hours and spacious, clean roomsVery expensive food and drink in the hotel. Considering you're already paying for the luxury to stay there you want a) cheaper food and b) a bar thats open till later than 11pm!Anonymous 29 May 2014
2.0 star ratingConvenient to Disneyland & area shoppingArrived to a dirty room--with mold and dirt in the bathroom tiles, and fan. Bathroom smelled of urine. Bunk beds had cookie crumbs. Drawers under the bunk beds were dirty with ear plugs, hair, and chocolate crumbs--yuck! We would NOT recommend this hotel. Not the 3 star hotel as advertised. Anonymous 22 June 2014
2.0 star ratingGood shuttle to parksRoom was unclean, lime scale all over shower, broken cupboards -one cupboard actually had a snapped drawer straight off! couldn't have a hot cup of tea or coffee as the one milk sachet we were provided with was vile, the hotel pool was dangerous with no lifeguard and people bombing down the 1man slide in pairs and landing on swimmers-very dangerous I took my 4 year old out after 10 mins as it was inappropriate and unsafe!! I expect much more from a Disneyland partner hotel it wasnt cheap to stay there and i would never return to this hotel againAnonymous 30 May 2014
4.5 star ratingWe decided on this hotel as a base to visit Paris with our 4 year old. We were put in one of the refurbished family rooms, our daughter loved the theming and bunk beds! She has stayed in OTT themed rooms at Legoland and Disney before but was just as thrilled with this. Very comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean too which is always important to us. The kids facilities are great, especially the soft play where you can get a drink and sit down after a long day. The pool is really great for little ones with so much to do. It was easy to get to the station by the Disneyland resort although see comment below about bus times. We would recommend this as a great place to stay if you want to visit Paris but also visit Disneyland due to the flexibility and facilities (much better pool than the Disneyland hotel!).It would have been nice to have more of a choice of food if you weren't visiting the sit-in restaurants in the evening, as Pizza and salad seemed to be all that was available. Perhaps pasta could be added to the menu. The shuttle buses were regular but there was no exact time given for the departure meaning you could end up waiting 25 mins, not so good with little ones. The room we stayed in was really nice but it is a shame that the workmanship seemed shoddy, which means the room will look tatty in a short space of time, silly things like glue smudged where pirate murals had been stuck on the walls. The bar closed at 11PM, which is a shame as once you come back from a day out at the park and the kids go to sleep it would be really nice to get a drink to take away!FifeTraveller11 June 2014
3.0 star ratingWonderful play pool for the kids. 1.Complimentary pool towels should be given hotel guest. 2. Rooms should be cleaner cos beds have bugs / insects. 3. Breakfast spread should be more exhausting. Why charge for omelette or fried eggs. Dream Castle hotel offers a more wholesome breakfast spread, including bacon, eggs and beans. 4. Insufficient front desk staff. Check in process took too long. khoo16 June 2014
Imran khan 16 June 2014
2.5 star ratingGood play áreas for the kidsBlocked my entry to swiming pool because i had swiming short but alowed a woman to swim wearing clothes, true musilim dresses inside the water, because she was musulin excusing that it was a culture thing and she was wearing a speedo suit undes the closes, makes no sence. Looks like France is turning musulin :( . Room was bad, smelly and had mould on the bathroom wall. I left early even thow i had payed in front. Do not recomend this hotel to anyone unless you like dirt or/and are musilin since they give special treatment to them.Anonymous 23 June 2014

3.0 star ratingGood holiday, close to Disney, Not bad breakfast.Hotel charge 2 euros per towel for swimming Anonymous 28 July 2014
We stay there for 5 nights. Everything was perfect. The hotel is in a very good area. 10 minutes from the Disneyland. Every 15-20 minutes there is a free bus from the hotel to Disneyland. The food was very very good. The staff was very polite and they all were professionalism. If I will go again to France I will stay again to EXPLORERS HOTEL. No negative reviews. Everything were perfect.Sofi - Cyprus28 July 2014

3.5 star ratingSwimming pool is great especially for the kids. Bus service is good.Men have to wear budgie smuggler type swim trunks, why ???? which you have to buy from machine, rip off. Should not charge hotel guests for swimming towels. Not enough bar staff serving at one time, they seem to just talk to each other rather than serve.Miss A22 July 2014

4.5 star ratingGreat hotel . Fantastic swimming pool . Great food . Easy access to the parks via free shuttle .Staff , very friendly and helpful. Fantastic hotel if you have children .Our room had a few problems! . Cleanliness was not fantastic ! .. Tired bathroom in need of some repairs . Clean comfy beds though . Dust was thick in the wardrobe area - attention to detail was lacking . But overall - a good room to rest after a busy day ..Deb08 September 2014
4.0 star ratingThe playing area/swimming pool is excellent. My family found it very enjoyable. Not much varieties on the breakfast. The trays to put the breakfast on is not visible so you end up holding bowls with your hands around. Bunmi05 September 2014
4.0 star ratingClose to disney parks. Free shuttle bus but it gets VERY packed. I found it quite clean.Quite expensive on drinks etc, but having said that all of disney was very expensive €3.70 for a can of pop..etc.. not that much to do at the hotel but after a day in the parks we were exhausted so pretty much went straight to bed. Not a great variety of food, buffet at night €24 each, pizzas €14 each. Pool I found to be too deep, I took our 4,6&7 year olds in on my own and it was too deep to let them play they had to hold on to the sides. Beds VERY hard. Anonymous 17 September 2014
3.5 star ratingConvenient for DisneyRooms a bit small. No atmosphere in the evenings, not a place to linger for a drinkAnonymous 23 December 2014
3.0 star ratingGood location about Disneyland also nice indoor pool. Breakfast is always the same if you like eggs you have to pay extra for it.Nick 27 December 2014
4.5 star ratingStayed as a family, was lovely and welcoming, food was great but same everyday, pool was warm and kids loved the slides, room was comfortable, staff were very helpful Groups of college age kids having parties that don't start till 10.30pm in the hotel conference suite, full English breakfast isn't free, you have to pay extra, lifts temperamental and only 1 worked for the week we stayed, towels changed daily but room wasn't dusted or hoovered for a weekAnonymous 23 February 2015
4.0 star ratingThe hotel has great facilities for kids and was very clean. The staff were always very polite and obliging. The hotel was good value for money and ideally situated. I would recommend to friends and family to stay here. The rooms were very basic and needed updating however they were very clean. As this was rated at a 3 star the price was good for the rooms. Anonymous 24 February 2015
4.5 star ratingspotless hotel, with plenty of eateries and soft play area and pool for children, as well as games room, and snooker tables etc. This hotel has lots to keep little ones busy and teenagers as well. Staff couldn't do enough for us. We had a great staybedrooms are very basic, but clean. They remind me of a travel lodge hotelAnonymous 04 April 2015
4.0 star ratinglove the location and pool, also the pizza bar is great after enjoying happy hour in the bar with 2 for 1 cocktails and pints.no air con in the room (just a ceiling fan) so it can get a bit warm there durning the summerGT197408 June 2015
4.0 star ratingGreat place for family holidays!, the pool area is just fantastic, really fun for old and young people. The back side garden is really pretty for a walk. It is the perfect place to stay for a family holiday with not stop fun for all kids at a very good value for money. It has exactly what kids need during their holidays and all the water slides are super fun, thats the key point of this hotel. I chose this place for my family holidays thinking about the kids. An easy place, safe with lots of fun for the kids. Playing grounds are the main advantage of this place. I will definitely stay there again if I bring kids. My little cousin of 3 years old had the best time ever , non stop activities and she loved the water park.- Changing rooms by the pool can be cleaner. - The shuttle bus to the airport needs to have a better communication. The bus stop is not really clear where the bus is going to stop and as a result me and my family missed the bus that passed in front of us and didn't stop. I think it is very important to put a banner specifying the bus stop to the airport which is next to the shuttle bus to Disney park, by this way you can avoid confusion for the guests and for the buss driver. A big banner saying shuttle to the airport is really needed. The water slide for kids with the pirate playing ground with water should be open for longer time. The break from 11 to 5 pm makes it too long. We checked in at 1 pm and that section was closed. Should have a longer operating hours. Anonymous 10 June 2015

3.5 star ratingGood swimming pool and play area and very close to Disney with good free shuttle bus serviceSupposed to be a family hotel but be warned the hotel accepts big bookings from school trips and a lack of toilets in the hotel Anonymous 15 July 2015
3.5 star ratingvery child friendly, good pool which is open all day every day and until 11pm which was good after all day at disneyland!close to disneyland, shuttle buses free and every 15mins, never too busy! breakfast nice crossiants and fresh fruit. Playarea great for kids open early too, staff friendly and very helpful.the only negative is that there is no noise restrictions at night, although we were in a top floor room we could still here people on the outdoor terrace until 1am!! we got no sleep for the entire stay as people coming back from disney let their kids scream and run and bang doors at midnight!there should be consideration to poeple sleeping who have to travel the next day or people with young kids trying to sleep!if there was a no noise policy after 11pm it would suit everyone!we complained but nothing was done!Anonymous 04 September 2015
4.5 star ratingWe travelled with 4 kids aged 6-11 years old, we had the 6 person room and it was a good size for the 6 of us. Best feature of hotel was the swimming pool and play area. It is a very short shuttle ride to Disney. We only ate pizza one night and it was grand, big chip portion sizes. The breakfast buffet was also okay, we queued for eggs and bacon one morning, long queue so wouldn't do it every morning. Highly recommend this hotel for families with children. Pleasant staff.Dee22 September 2015
3.5 star ratingChildrens play area was good, pizza restaurant was very nice, breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. We requested twin beds but got one bed and a sofa bed which was impossible to sleep on as it sounded like it was collapsing when anybody lay on it. Also the pillows were awful.Anonymous 16 December 2015

4.0 star ratingLocation is great. And good value for money. Room was spacious and cleaned daily.Arrived on Sunday, and no food available until 5pm other than baguette's.Anonymous 27 November 2015
3.0 star ratingWe booked this hotel on a friends recommendation for the children's pool and play area and we weren't disappointed. The rooms are nothing special, however they are clean, beds comfortable and generally suitable for their purpose. The bus service that is provided is well needed, however can become a bit like "herding cattle" when trying to entre the bus, saying that they are regular, fairly reliable and quick. We were very disappointed with the food and drink availability from this hotel. The evening meal consisted of a "buffet", with a very limited and bland selection of main courses, which for the price of 24.50 (adults) & 12(child) euro we considered very expensive, especially as only soft drinks were included in the price. On hindsight we wished we'd have stayed at Disneyland for our evening meal and had a meal in one of the many eateries there (Planet Hollywood, Annette's Diner etc) and at least we'd have known what was on offer. The bar prices were extortionate and even for the happy hour (7-8pm) you were limited to the expensive beer or even more expensive cocktails!!!! The breakfast at this hotel was horrendous. It was a shear "free for all", again with a very limit selection of cold meats (ham & turkey). There was an extra charge for Bacon, eggs or a full English, which was limited to about 4 items. Nothing was organised, people were bumping into each other trying to find the trays, drinks, bread etc..... It was an experience that I do not wish to have again anytime soon. This culinary aspects let this hotel down and it is something they should address sooner rather than later. Anonymous 09 November 2015

4.0 star ratingA great all-round family hotel. Rooms quite basic but clean and comfortable. Stayed on a B&B board - breakfasts were continental but there was something for everyone with lots of choice. Great pool for the kids. Hotel was in lovely grounds which were spotlessly clean.Nothing really - think maybe the room could have done with a makeover but it served its purpose and we all slept well.Anonymous 03 November 2015
5.0 star ratingI picked this hotel for the family friendly element, the kids absolutely adored it and would want to leave Disney to just go play in the pool every day, cannot be faulted. Beds comfy, room clean, staff friendly. Not a 5* star spa retreat, but definitely the best for a family.Mich040909 August 2016
5.0 star ratingWe loved this hotel, the staff were all smartly dressed every day, they spoke to us all the time with comments like enjoy your day etc with very pleasant tones in their voices. The hotel was really pleasing to the eye the rooms and communal spaces were extremely clean. Our room was lovely and clean and very well presented. The pool was great. The restaurant was great. I can't speak highly enough about thus hotel and I would recommend it to anyone and I would definitely stay there again in a heart beat. It was easy getting to Disneyland and easy getting to the train station for shopping and travelling. A great hotel. Yes go and book it you won't be disappointed.None!hen do02 August 2016

4.0 star ratingFood in restaurant very good both on evening buffet & Captains library Continental breakfast plentiful.Full of children running all over which is a big issue in breakfast room when you carrying hot drinks also running around the corridors at night.Hotel grubby the palm trees on the play area are filthy & covered in thick dust also restaurant floor not really clean.Rooms very basic but adequate ok for a budget hotel.Anonymous 03 January 2017

3.0 star ratingStaff need a course in friendliness a smile goes a long way especially in hospitality industry. Facilities good when open for use. We arrived in Easter Sunday and could only get sandwiches from a kiosk. !!! Facilities only open from 5pm onwards. If travellers have any complaints don't complain to Natalie Spearman a manager in hotel. She will make you feel like it's your fault and that your are an inconvenience to her!! My daughter couldn't find her way back to the room and she was crying, she said nobody tried to stop her from crying or were nice to her, just asked her name and rang our room. Staff blunt and I am convinced that the Irish could definitely teach the French a lot about looking after customers!!! I will never be returning to this hotel Anonymous 30 March 2016

Το εμφιαλομένο νερό ήταν πανακριβο 2,7 ευρώ για 500ml (!), οπότε θα επρεπε κανείς να το προμηθεύται από σούπερ μάρκετ. 4.5 star ratingOut of all the hotels outside Disneyland (we have stayed at them all) this has the best facilities for children with indoor playground, themed swimming pool, outdoor playground and rooms that would appeal to children. Breakfast is continental with ham, cheese, lovely fresh rolls, pan a chocolate, crossants etc. Coffee is lovely, and lots of fruit juices and toasts etc. A bacon & egg breakfast will set you back €4, or eggs €2. On arrival you have tea & Coffee sachets in the room with a kettle, these are not replenshed daily!! But nice touch. Would definitely return to this hotel with the kids, couples better elsewhere.Food prices and drinks are rather steep, it's the same in other hotels nearby, you have to allow for the in your budget, cokes etc €3.95, pizza from €10 to €13. Toilet rolls are a problem , we had to ask twice at reception for more, but always available.Willis D03 April 2016
