2.5 star rating	the hotel is close to disney which was great for me an my daughter for a few days free bus a big plus!!!	the checkin takes ages only 1 member of staff on duty at desk... hair dyer didn work and room was really cold!!! i asked for extra blanket an it seems a hotel that size didnt have an extra blanket very strange!!!!!		14 September 2008
4.0 star rating	The staff were friendly and helpful, without exception. The food was better than expected having stayed in a another Kyriad before. The shuttles to Disneyland Paris picked up at the door. As well as the very pleasant hotel grounds, we liked the this and all the other hotels on the complex backed a large open space with a lake.	We never did find an internal staircase, which meant we either had to always take the lift or the outside stairs - I am assuming there isnt one. The shuttles to Disneyland became somewhat eratic during the middle of the day.		15 September 2008

3.5 star rating	Nice hotel,very clean.	Arrived to discover no water running in hotel due to plumbing problem.We were not told when we checked in.Staff were still cleaning rooms next to us from 11pm until 12.30 (midnight!!!) and talking very loudly with the vacuum cleaner very noisy.Could not sleep. 2nd night coaches full of excited schoolchildren arrived,running until 2am up and down the corridors.3rd morning at 7am schoolteacher started to knock the doors of every single room to wake children up- so, still no sleep.Otherwise we had a good time.Good Luck.We visit this area 3 times a year and we won't be rushing to stay in that hotel again. 4.0 star rating	De kamers zien er gezellig en schoon uit. Dat geldt ook voor het receptiegebouw en het restaurant	De receptie zit in een apart gebouw, het restaurant en de kamers. Vooral lastig met slecht weer. De eettafels in de kantine staan te dicht op elkaar. Wij ondervonden dat vakantiegangers te beroerd waren om hun stoel iets naar voren te schuiven, zodat wij ook konden zitten. Zelfs bij vertrek schoof een vrouw haar stoel niet even aan.		06 September 2009

4.0 star rating	The hotel was lovely, friendly staff, spotless clean and nicely decorated. Not far from the parks and the shuttle buses were great.	The heat in the room was unreal, we had a ground floor room we only had a patio door with no window so we couldnt leave the door open all night, there was air con but it wasnt cool at all it was quite uncomfotable. Also the breakfast wasnt great it was contineltal chesse ham fruit etc.... didnt taste like home but i supposed its what your used to yourself it is a different country.		16 October 2009

4.0 star rating	Ein sehr gutes Preis-/leistungsverhÃ¤ltnis. Zimmer waren zweckmÃ¤ssig und sogar charmant ausgestattet. Insgesamt aber recht klein fÃ¼r 4 Personen (Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Stockbett). Anbindung mit Shuttlebus zu Disneyland klappte auch sehr gut - allerdings extrem Ã¼berlaufen und mit lÃ¤ngeren Wartezeiten verbunden.	Das FrÃ¼hstÃ¼cksbuffet war qualitativ schlecht - vÃ¶llig Ã¼berbucht - mit sehr langen Warteschlangen verbunden. Contudo, dou-lhes os meus parabÃ©ns pelo atendimento, profissionalismo dos vossos empregados, principalmente os da recepÃ§Ã£o! No dia anterior ao meu regresso a Portugal, dia 11-04-2011 pelas 23:00h, nÃ£o sabia onde apanhar o bus para o aeroporto, e o responsavÃ©l pela recepÃ§Ã£o (nÃ£o me lembro do nome do senhor, mas gostaria de me lembrar para colocar aqui o nome dele) conseguiu solucionar o meu problema aquela hora da noite.Telefonou para vÃ¡rios hoteis atÃ© saber onde esse bus parava para "apanhar" os passageiros! Assim eu e a minha familia, conseguimos o regresso ao aeroporto e a Portugal! O pequeno almoÃ§o era excelente! Muita variedade, boas instalaÃ§Ãµes!	SÃ³ tenho uma pequena coisa a nesta parte negativa. 3.5 star rating		No tea or coffee making equipment in the room which was different to the last time we stayed but not informed of this until we entered the room.The bus to the park were not as frequent as advertised and took over an hour on the first day to catch one after that we paid the money and used the car.		28 October 2013

1.5 star rating		Unfriendly staff. Went to the Restaurant to have the evening meal and and there was a party of about 100 children who came and made such a lot of noise. Could not have our meal in peace. Ended up having a headache. When we spoke to the manager. He said "we have this all the time" .there was nothing he could do about it. At least if they had told us about so many children coming to the restaurant we would have gone somewhere else.we paid a lot of money for the meal and ended up having to put up with this. 5.0 star rating	I've read some really mixed reviews on this hotel but I don't know why . It's in an ideal location with a free shuttle to Disney every 10/20 min that takes 5 minutes . 4.5 star rating	i found this hotel good value for money, we were on a tight budget and it was exactly what i had hoped for, its easy location to the disney site and the free shuttles every ten minutes was great. the room was spotless and new towels and a tidy up daily to the room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food in the restaurant was of a good standard and there was plenty to cover even the pickiest of children. i enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommitment the hotel to friends.	only negative i had is the time it took to get into our room. our booking was booked months in advance we were travelling since early hours of the morning to get to hotel so i had children that were very tired but unfortunately we had to wait 3 hours plus to get into our room as it was not ready. 5.0 star rating	We were very impressed with the hotel. The staff where really good. Our room was clean and exactly what we wanted. The bathroom was clean and we had clean towels and hot water even at 10.30 at night when the kids showered after a long day at Disneyland. I feel that their should be a swimming pool in the hotel. Food and drinks are quite over priced and the Disney store in the hotel which is too be expected but still something I found negative. 3.0 star rating	The hotel is nice if you are on a budget, basic rooms and facilities. Bed was ok. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Reception staff are friendly. The little petting zoo was fun for the little ones.	The lights outside our room didn't work, the hairdryer in the room didn't work, the shower head was dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a while, the room door had no security catch. 4.0 star rating	Totally geared up for the UK traveller - great breakfasts! Great location - 2nd drop off on shuttle bus from the Disney park so big ð +++++. Room comfortable and cleaned daily. Wi-fi EXCELLENT! Friendly, English speaking staff. Slightly tired in places but that doesn't detract from a good value base. A visit to Val D'Europe and Designer outlet is a must do (well if you like shopping!) and the hotel will call you a taxi (it's not far and about 15 euros at most for 4 passengers). Would most definitely stay at Kyriad again!	No kettle in the room so no morning Cuppa although the hot chocolate at breakfast did make up for it! Room appeared clean but stored suitcases on top of wardrobe and they were quite dusty when we got them down again - However had we mentioned it then I'm sure they would have sorted it out.
