2.5 star ratingthe room was totally uninviting with bare walls a plain white duvet aplain roller blind that didnt quite fit the window and just one table. there was no information of the surrounding area in the hotel.the kettle did not work in the room,the mattress was very uncomfortable with us rolling to the middle all night and the pillows were very thin.the breakfast area was also uninviting in the reception which meant the lady sorting out breakfast was also on reception resulting in not enough cutlery or cups and glasses.07 April 2012
4.5 star ratingGood value for a place to stay if you want to visit Stratford. Easy walk into town and lots of shops nearby on the journey into town, Overall the hotel was o.k. Rooms are a little plain but me and my partner were just after a cheap room to stay for a few nights so we could go into town and this was pretty much perfect for that. Fairly clean room (slight condensation problem with the window) but it was always tidied whilst we were having breakfast which was nice and the bed was comfy. We got breakfast included in the deal we found and it's a buffet style with hot food,cereal, yoghurt and some croissants,fruit and muffins etc which some people may not like but we found it pretty decent for the price we paid and ended up eating breakfast there the whole time as it was easier. I read lots of negative reviews before coming but experienced nothing wrong at all! You can't really complain at much for the price and what you get :)There is some building work taking place outside so it doesn't look very nice but we didn't really hear any disturbance from it, though don't know if our room location had anything to do with it?! (we were on the top floor overlooking the car park) There was a slight condensation problem with the window and the over all the room was a bit bare but we didn't let it affect us as we were only really in the room to sleep.bumblebee20 March 2012
4.5 star ratingVery good value for money if your lucky to get a good deal.The breakfast was good value also and the staff were very helpfull. Within easy walking distance to Stratford town centre.Building work going on, which you are warned about on the hotel site, As we went over the Easter Weekend the site was closed untill Tuesday morning, however the work started at approx, 7.30 so dont expect a late morning in bed if your there on a normal working day. 12 April 2012

2.5 star ratingGood location - about 10 minute walk to the centre and free car parking. The lady who was doing the breakfast service was lovely and very helpful.Room was very basic, massive room, bed stuffed in the corner with hardly any other furniture. Maid was banging on the door at 8am to clean the room even though we didn't had to check out until 12?!! The breakfast was luckily included in the price but I felt sorry for the people who had paid the £8 for the breakfast. It was served 8 - 11 and when we went down at 10 there wasn't much left.abbo77701 May 2012

3.5 star ratinghotel oklet me start by saying the hotel was fine the issue is with your compant, when arrived at hotel, no booking under our mane conf number was present, manager off heotel then got involved, said he would have to ring your company did not get a lot of satisfaction, then made us wait for 30 mins why he rang head office, this was basically down to mistakes by your company, but u took the money for my booking months ago, not at all happy with your company await your responce17 March 2013

5.0 star ratingIt is a no frills hotel experience and value for money. It had everything we needed including free wifi and there was plenty of choice in the self service breakfast .
