1.5 star ratingAls Europäer ist man es nicht gewohnt, sofort am Aufzug "abgefangen" zu werden - das Personal ist extrem freundlich, aber das einzige was man als Minikritik üben könnte wäre nur die Tatsache, dass man immer und überall "abgefangen" wird. Die Preise in der Skybar sind meiner Ansicht nach übertrieben hoch, aber das wird ja von sehr vielen Gästen in diversen Internetforen bereits erwähnt.03 May 2011
5.0 star ratingGuys/Gals This place is the best! We have now stayed here twice and each time we have been treated like we are the only ones there. The staff are absolutely beautiful people and also very obliging. Can't fault them.The only negative would be if you stay on any floor from 52 up you have to wait a while for the lift of an evening as everyone (public) are using them to get to the Sky Bar. It would be good if the hotel had a designated Sky Bar lift.The G26 February 2017
5.0 star ratingAmazing hotel , with absolutely friendly staffs. Breakfast buffet was a treat. We stayed here with our 22month old daughter and every staff member tried to make her feel special. At the club lounge they even went out of their way and served her specially cut apples. Love the service. The Hotel Manager Ashvin Kumar made an effort to talk to guests fave to face, which we think was a great customer service. Usually in big hotels like this you never get to see any of the big management ever. Ashvin is doing a marvellous job and he is an asset for this hotel 👍👍👍👍Only negative is the lift was way tooooooo slow ☹️Anna B31 March 2016
