Environment is quiet eventhough located in the city.My booking thru "Hotelopia" is supposed a Twin (2-pax) economic room at the promotion price (kindly refer to my hotel voucher as attached); however, when i checked-in the pre-booked room was only single room. I hope "Hotelopia" and Nantra Silom can clarify and not to repeat this kind of conflict. Thank you.Kevin Chan13 July 2013

3.5 star ratinggood location, the staff were generally helpful and pleasant except for the afternoon receptionist. first room we stayed in had a mouldy bathroom and was smelly. The afternoon receptionist was rather rude and unhelpful. A bit of street noise at night but not bad considering.Anonymous 18 January 2015
