1.0 star ratingBed was filled with bed bugs and had made a complain to the Front Office Manager but was told to report the incident back to travel agency and it is not the hotel responsibility which is ridiculous, how can an agency be liable for a hotel cleanliness.......????? Had requested to speak with GM but staff refuse to redirect or refer, too high handed in managing the situation.Anonymous 03 June 2015

4.0 star ratingStaff were unobtrusive and did not bother the guest with unwanted intrusions. Considering it was "high season", the hotel handled the high volume of visitors well and the price was reasonable.The buffet area is a poorly-organized mob scene. There is no "coffee shop" option on site. Business center was not functioning.Anonymous 03 January 2016
