4.5 star ratingStaff was friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I were standing in front of the wrong elevator waiting to go up to our room. A staff member kindly informed us that we needed to take the other elevator instead of letting us wait like idiots :)Nothing really negative to say. There was an apple peeler, can opener, and other utensils in our room... but the one thing I wanted, a wine-bottle opener (corkscrew I guess you call it!), wasn't there :(MrFischer24 June 2011
