4.0 star ratingGood location for visiting Granville Island and access to the water bus service. The suites we stayed in were well equipped with both tea and coffee making facilities, cooking, dishwasher and laundry facilities. Comfortable bed in the bed room. Room staff were very helpful. The fold out bed in the sitting room had a blanket instead of a duvet but we were able to get one when we requested it. Hotel has taken to using sheets rather than a duvet cover on the duvet which we did not really like. Reception staff were no as helpful as one would hope. If you get a room by the lift the noise is disturbing.Anonymous 28 May 2016
4.5 star ratingRoom was good with great viewWe booked a suite with a Queen bed and a sofa bed, with the main aim being to sit on the sofa in the evenings. We only got 1 arm chair, 1 desk chair & 2 bar stools. When we asked at reception they kept saying that we had a sofa bed until the final day when we were told that rooms on that floor don't have sofa beds, and couldn't we sit on the bar stools? Not really our idea of a comfy night in our room!!Anonymous 21 June 2016
