5.0 star ratingExcellent hotel the staff could not be nicer. the situation of this hotel is perfect for a visit to Van. The transport available close to the hotel, trains, busses and float plains meant that it was very easy to plan day trips. The free internet was a huge bonus. There was nothing 'Continental' about the breafast (juce, coffee and dry bread).... The St Regus breakfast was a feast with table service and everything so fresh There are no negatives I will use it again. Best hotel by a mile (so far on this 6 week trip) Lovely, lovely staff and really nice hotel. none a posative experience 10 October 2009
5.0 star ratingThe staff at this hotel are quite EXCEPTIONAL ..we were treated like kings and queens from the moment we arrived to the minute we left Nothing was left to chance and the genuine nature and care from both members of staff were unbelievable I will stay here again whenever I'm in Vancouver NoneBlissy30 July 2016
3.5 star ratingWe paid for a twin queen bed. But when we arrived hotel said they we book 1 queen bed. And to get twin queen bed we had to pay extra. The thing is our confirmation note from Hotelopia is for a twin queen bed. So I don't understand why we had to pay to get twin queen. We paid because we were tired and needed the sleep. I hope Hotelopia give us a refund DS11 August 2016
