4.0 star ratingThe location was great to get around Melbourne, cost was excellent, staff helpful. Down side was lot of renovations occurring which impeded movement. Value for money for sure. Smerty Clan20 January 2015

5.0 star ratingprofessional, concise explanatory booking process, especially as renovations in progress and in cramped conditions. same re booking out, plesant and speedy, troublefree.coffee undrinkable. when turning on hot water in basin, cold water tap leaks water profusely out onto benchtop.unable to access shower, due to being over bathtub, have partial disability with leg and unsafe, due to nowhere to hold onto.very congested reception whilst renovations ongoing, hopefully will be finished next time i visit.overall very impressed.loved the bed.marleydog02 March 2015
4.0 star ratingClose to Southern Cross Railway Station. I found my room on the first floor to be very noisy and felt unsafe during my stay. Being on the first floor I found the other guests gathering outside in the court yard very noisy and inappropriate. There appeared to be no sound proofing at all as the noise from outside the building was very loud and disturbing. Anonymous 21 June 2015

3.5 star ratingRoom was cleanVery disappointed that I couldn't change booking date. We had an unexpected incident and were not able to use the room for more than 2 hours. I requested we reschedule but this was not honoured and woukd have cost another $150 to change date. Hotel staff were nice but the intermediary where I booked were not at all helpful. They weren't understanding that we needed to change booking as we needed to attend to a personal matter urgently. The least they could have done was transfer the booking to next week but this didn't hspen. I would not recommend this website for booking any future hotels.Naile15 July 2015

2.0 star ratingI had to pay card fees despite your advertising, this was disappointing and slighty embarrassing. When paying ( on arrival) before I handed your staff the business credit card I mentioned that I had just experienced problems with the card at the airport and that if the card did not work that I had another card that did. I was shocked when your staff member ( in front of other guests) said "that the card probably had no credit" the card was infact damaged. I am a business traveller that has stayed in hundreds of hotels in the last three decades and I have never been treated so disrespectfully.Anonymous 12 July 2015
3.0 star ratingAn affordable Hotel, moments walk to MCEC, convenient for the Trade fair. The air conditioner was sooo loud we couldn't hear the TV properly. There were old rings from coffee cups on the bedside table, the desk and the window sills. We thought we had booked a special trade rate at $120.00, which turned out that meant the room was not serviced for 5 nights we stayed there. The pillows were old, flat and hard, and the blankets really at the end of their life cycle. Our room was in an adjoining building which meant the floors did not meet up and we had to carry our heavy suitcases up and down stairs as the lift did not service our side of the building.
