5.0 star ratingReception most polite and helpful as were the catering staff. Room and bathroom in immaculate condition and very confortable. Has splendid shops nearby and found my experience in the area most gratifying. Te breakfasts are of excellent quality ranging from full English to a very filling continental. Will use this hotel whn using Heathrow again. It has a pool and a gym which is free for guests. Highly recommended. Thanks to the night staff also who were a great help in aquiring a taxi in the early hours of the morning.Only negative point was tht we had arrived very early in the morning and rooms would not be ready until 2 p.m. But we were allowed to leave our suitcases at the hotel and use their facilities for breakfast. We were given a room a soon as it was ready before 2 p.m.12 April 2009
4.0 star ratingThe room was really modern design and all the furniture new.the bathroom clean and big.all the staff were helpfull and kind.the breakfast was served was really goodNo09 June 2009
4.5 star ratingAlthough my visit was brief I cannot fault the Continental. The staff were very helpfull and friendly - I particularly liked our waitress at dinner, she was a breath of fresh air after our very busy, but enjoyable, day. I generally like to eat in independant resturants but they seem not to be, near Lampton road. Our dinner was delicious & I feel good value. I felt slightly let down by the breakfast, but again the service made up for that. I would reccommend the hotel.Corridors could have been better vacumed.26 June 2009
3.0 star ratingThe rooms were okey and the swimming pool was niceWorst slum city. They close the door in the night without telling you.Christian09 July 2009
5.0 star ratingVery close to the Tube (2 short blocks) and easy transport to the airport. Rooms were clean & large by European standards and beds were comfortable. Coffee maker and flat screen TV in the room. Full breakfast was quite good. I would even consider staying here and taking the Tube to Central London due to the price/quality ratio. Food and lodging less expensive than central London.Unable to use the phone to call back to the US and not able to get connected to the internet even tho it was free. 10 July 2009
1.5 star ratingNot at all a luxury hotel. Dining area too small. Stairways dirty. Did not like this hotel at all. Kristal31 August 2009

4.5 star ratingGreat room - good size and very clean and modern decor. Very handy to Hounslow Central for getting easily to and from the airport. (Although Hounslow Central has many steps and no lift or escalator - not so good with heavy luggage). Shower pressure was almost non-existent and water temperature very hard to control - even with such little water flow!!. Aussie Travellers03 October 2009

3.5 star ratingWas upgraded to superior room, which still was rather small but functional. In room coffee/tea tray well equipped. Nice large shower. Great breakfast buffet.Had to request more towels three times before they were delivered. Just one elevator for the hotel - leads to long waiting times. Parking situation in the hotel garage unsatisfactory, garage is shared with gym, and too small.19 October 2009
5.0 star ratinghotel decor was very contemporary. Food in restaurant was excellent, overall I would say this hotel was a excellent value for money with attentive staff and only 10-15 minutes from heathrow!!!18 October 2009
4.5 star ratingThe hotel offers great value for money. It is very close to the tube station and has gym and swimming pool facilities. On one day the water supply had been cut off so I had to shower in the Gym. The staff at breakfast time were very inefficient. Each day I had to request a cup of coffee and toast. It would have been more effective if they made it self service. Although breakfast is open until 10am, often there were items that had run out and not replaced and this was before 10am. Car parking was charged at £15 overnight. Yet there were parking meters outside where the car could be parked for free.24 January 2010
2.0 star ratingAtrocious service, room didn't get cleaned and even after specific request the towels did not get changed. Carpark overcrowded took 20 minutes to find space and another 20 to leave due to double parked cars. Some staff really arogant and unhelpful.Avoid if you can!magictom26 January 2010
2.5 star ratingout a gud bit from d city centre..area looks dodgy aswell12 March 2010
4.5 star ratingThe hotel is new and boasts a Gold's Gym with a fantastic ool and jacuzzi. The double room was not spacious but sufficient, and free internet is a very wellcome bonus! The restaurant has a warm atmosphere and is well decorated. All in all a very good deal for the price.Although the decoration of the hotel and the rooms is quite nice, the quality of build is not the best. The room and the restaurant were a bit smelly, and the lift a bit slow. The lights in the room were not easy to understand, the switches turned on severl lights at the time but not otheres, you couldn't turn on the ceiling lights and leave the bed lamp off. The capacity of the parking is very limited, as it is shared with the gym. These are minor issues thoughwolf23 April 2010
London201028 October 2010

2.5 star ratingIt was clean. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. AA 4* on plaque should have been 2*. Arrived lunchtime rooms not ready - happy enough as we were early although if we paid £10 per room we could book in then and there. Speaking to others later in the hotel they had been asked for £15 to check in early. Went for lunch came back and got rooms. Instead of 2xTwin rooms they were 2xdouble rooms. Staff tried to tell us that the booking would be twin/double until I pointed out on your booking confirmation that the booking was for 2x Twins.Back to reception to find we were not the only ones. Staff said they would sort it out. Arrived back to hotel to find that we were moved to different rooms that contained a double bed and a Camp bed. Next morning no hot water in our room. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.David22 May 2012
1.5 star ratingIt was well located beside Railway Station. The Staff member on duty at 1.30 in the morning did organise alternative accomodation and taxi to it.When we were booKing we specficaly asked for a room with 2 single beds. When we arrived about 1.30 the wanted to chare us £10 to leave our bags in room early. I never came across this before. it `smacks` of Ryanair. Mind you we booked through link from Ryanair. When we went up to room we discovered that it was a double bed. We went straight back to reception to point out we had ordered 2 single beds. The Receptionist had to refer to her Manager who was also on duty on deck. She told us that she would sort in out within 5 minutes and ring us back in room as we needed to change clothes for match. We waited and waited in room but she never rang back. With time getting tight for match we went to reception and she admitted she had`nt sorted anything but assured us that by the time we got back that night everthing would be sorted and our luggage moved. When we returned at approx 12.00 o clock of course nothing had been done and staff had changed. We spent over an hour negotiating with this new staff member explaining the problem and he made a number of phone calls, I think to the Manager Lady that was on earlier. Eventually he booked us into a local hotel with a twin room and organised a taxi to bring us there. I want to return to the desk Manager that spoke to us at 1.30 in the afternoon. She seem to be preocupied with organising taxis which were a rip off. She gave us a price of £18 to Richmount. We got got talking to other guests and they were quoted £12.00 from passing taxis. When we came down to go to match she insisted she had ordered a taxi for us and was parked in the hotel garage. When we got into the taxis the told us it was going to cost £25 . When we motioned to get out of car (I dont believe it was a taxi, I think in was a staff member with private car) he eventually reduced fare to £18. In your next training session for staff you might insist they watch the full series of `Falty Towers`. A very annoyed customer, John Hipwell.22 May 2012
2.0 star ratingClose to Heathrow We arrived early for our visit (9.00AM due to early flight), however, we knew about checking-in at 2.00PM, however as we were not returning to the hotel until after 11.00PM, we need to be sure that our two rooms (double Razor22 May 2012
2.0 star ratingMy girlfriend left this hotel totally devastated about our stay. Soon after checking in we got rudely interrupted by a member of staff who simply walked into our room without permission from us. My girlfriend was in the shower at the time. This alone was terrible for her but to make matters worse this happend a second time whereby my girlfriend was naked in the room. This was a male member of staff who entered the second time and the reasons we were told at the time was to check a leak in the bathroom. This is totally no acceptable and we feel the need to tell you. We tried to seek a manger at the time but there was no manager on. Ross08 July 2013
1.5 star ratingBed was comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant.Toilets were filthy. Shower did not drain. TV reception was poor. Most international flights into London arrive in the morning. We arrived at 6.30 only to be charged 60 pounds for an early check in. This hotel needs to acknowledge that people will arrive early and not charge an extra night to check in early. sam01 July 2013

4.5 star ratingThe food was amazing, the spa was lovely I loved every part, all the staff was wonderfully apart from one of the waiters asked me and my partner to eat at the coffe table and sofas as they had already set the table for breakfast but I told him we would rather eat at a normal dinner table?! Also the heating didnt work.Anonymous 14 May 2014
3.5 star ratingThe staff were professional. The breakfast staff were great. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is close to the tube and Hounslow shopping area. The shower in the room was wonderful. The halls to the rooms are a bit shabby and in need of a face lift. The room was very small. The bathroom grout need a good cleaning. Was rather nasty.Anonymous 26 May 2014
