The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, spacious and luminous, classically decorated and equipped with modern amenities as well as high-speed Internet connection to ensure a pleasant stay. Every morning, guests can enjoy a complimentary California breakfast buffet. After a long day touring the city, guests can relax at the large outdoor heated swimming pool or at the jacuzzi, while enjoying a barbecue. 3.5 star ratingFair for the summer cost of a night is a good rating for the room. Breakfast was good and pool area as well as mountain views were nice. Walls are paper thin so quality of sleep is dictated be the noise level of your neighbors. Overall rooms need an updating.03 September 2013
4.5 star ratingWe have stayed at this hotel 5 times. The decor is a little dated but it is quiet and clean and comfortable with large air-conditioned rooms with patio doors and balconies looking the mountains and/or pool. The ground floor rooms lead directly the pool via gated fences. The rooms all have fridges and microwaves, the breakfast (usually included in the room rate) is substantial and varied with home baking. The pool is a good size with lots of loungers and chairs and tables and is open until quite late in the evening along with the jacuzzi. The hotel is at the Indian Canyon end of Palm Springs so a good 1 1/2 miles (40 mins walk) to the centre of Palm Springs (there is a regular bus service) but there are places to eat locally too. It has a small laundry and gym too and free wi-fi. There is always lots of parking available in the shade. Basically we feel you get a lot for the low price that we have always paid. The staff are very friendly and helpful which is one of the reasons we have returned so many times.28 October 2013
