4.5 star ratingFriendliness and helpfulness of staff. Hotel location along with the lovely sea views. Very secure hotel, not once did we feel unsafe. Mexican restaurant very good for quality of food and staff.Hotel needs to decide to either stick solely with all inclusive or ditch it completely as it is effecting the quality of service given due to certain staff being fed up with all inclusive guests. Hotel could do with another variety of restaurant as buffet is very repetitive and there are often queues. Rooms could do with an update and fixtures replacing due to damage and wear tare. When maintenance were notified about problems such as broken sofa bed, no staff arrived to fix it. However housekeeping fixed the issue.05 December 2013
