4.5 star ratingA completely self contained hotel which was spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The food and facilities were excellent and I look forward to returning there next year.Nowhere for Adults only. An adults only pool and bar would have made my holiday complete.27 October 2008
3.5 star ratingWe found the hotel very nice and facilities were perfect for the location of the property. We especially liked the fact it had a house reef. Very friendly staff allowed us to have lae check out for just $40 which gave us our room until we departed for an evening flight. The only negative about our holiday was the fact that we were in block 900 and this is where they were developing the hotel and building new rooms, On occasions we noticed loud shouting and hammering. 28 October 2008
4.5 star ratingThe breakfast selection was out favorite meal of the day, the choice was superb. The other meals were also very good but by the end of the week it does get a bit repetative. The staff were so polite and helpfull. A few bob (and it only needed a couple of pounds.)at the bigging of the week and the service was even better. ie They refilled your drinks before you even finished the first ones! Egyptian night was nice when they brought camels into the grounds for camel rides. My kids loved that.A little disapointed with the amount of building work being done at the time of our visit. The builders were on the roof above us and started banging any time between 7.15 and 8.00am through until 6pm at night. Once we had complained to reception they straight away moved us to a superb location. Also the picture showing the pools with slide parks, are taken at another hotel, This is another lot of building work taking place. Once the work is finished it will be something very special. All meals in the main resturant are buffet, which I found a bit off putting having to keep getting up and down for the children then for us, it didn't feel like we were properly eating as a family, but I think you need to expect this with buffet service.27 October 2008
3.5 star ratingIt is conveniently located on its own most beautiful coral reef in Sharm. Snorkling is the best and most amazing thing the hotel has to offer. Great food and good choice on top of it. Plenty of pools and a good italian animation team. Not catered to Russians though. The check in is most horrible thing one can go through at this hotel, unfriendly, unattantive and not helpful. We have been given the worst two rooms overlooking the contstruction sight, full of dust and loud noises. Was promised the garden/pool view and paid handsomely for it. when asked to change it they said they are sold out. Also nobody cared that leaving on the second floor with 7 month old baby and carrying the carriage up and down is not exactly an ideal vacation. So the check in people at the RECEPTION should all be fired. Be aware! The management needs to do something about it!13 November 2008
