4.5 star ratingVery Freindly & helpful Staff, All inclusive option well worth it. Food good quailty and plenty of choice. Rooms spacious with Airconditioning. TV with plenty of channels. Beach towles provided. Animation team very frienly and put on good entertainment shows.Sunbeds get taken very early, not much choice left after 9am! Spa is very expensive. Would of liked some other entertaiment in the evenings such as a live band or singer to give more variety.17 November 2009
2.0 star rating i would like to say all the staff in the restaurant , pool ,beach and life guards they were very nice even when i ve tried to give them tips they refused .the staff of the receiption specially the reservation sataff they were very rude i booked my room through travco company and i had problem in my booking it was mistake about the nationality after so the receiption refused my booking after i came on flight with my mum and she is old lady and i ve my pets with me in cage since 9 am in the morning and the staff left my baggae outside and me and my mum at the lobby for 5 hourse .24 November 2009
4.5 star ratingAll the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Every part of the hotel and grounds was clean and well maintained, There were ample sunbeds at any time of the day. Snorkelling from the private beach was superb.Food was plentiful but nothing to write home about. It was not equal to the high standard of the rest of the hotel.Katie09 May 2011
