3.5 star ratingQuality-price is fine. The staff is nice but when they have trainees they should explain things better to them. They don't dare to say anything.The new sheets of the bed you get after they clean your apartment aren't that clean. There are spots of dirt you can wipe out or remain in the sheets. They don't vacuumclean the apartment if they clean it and a rack for the china was molded. The freezer was sometimes cold, sometimes freezing. Tenerifetourist22 July 2013
