This apartment complex is located in the El Botánico quarter, in the La Paz district. The centre and seawater swimming pool are a 10-minute walk away. The nearest beach is within walking distance and there is an abundance of shops and entertainment venues, as well as public transportation links in the immediate vicinity. The excellent climate the island enjoys year-round has turned this into an extremely popular destination with holidaymakers.

3.5 star ratingEin netter kleiner und überdachter Pool, Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Lokal sah auch sehr gut aus. Wir haben aber auswärts gegessen. Das Hotel ist in einer sehr schönen blumengeschmückten Straße gelegen (eine Seite). Supermarkt und Lokale sehr nah zu Fuß. Die Zimmer wurden immer sehr schnell und unauffällig sauber gemacht. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist der absolute Hammer, im positiven Sinne. Für das Geld kommt man sonst kaum in einer Jugendherberge unter.Die Küchenausstattung sieht nicht einmal normale Trinkgläser vor. An Besteck nur das aller, aller Notwendigste. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir einige Haare im Bett und im Bad gefunden, danach allerdings nicht mehr. Aufgrund des Meerklimas auf den Kanaren haben alle Bauten und metallische Teile schwer mit Korrosion zu kämpfen.Palimpulum28 October 2013
