5.0 star ratingThe hotel is ideally situated for the city centre and tourism! It is also very good value for money with excellent food and service! Katie23 June 2011

4.5 star ratingStaff very friendly and helpful, especially in dining room. Comfortable bed, very roomy shower with good water pressure.Location is very handy for bus/ train station. Easy walk to main shopping mall. 5 mins by taxi to Titanic Belfast. 01 May 2012
4.5 star ratingVery central. Very pleasant 09 October 2012
5.0 star ratingVery central hotel, yet nestled away in a quiet part of town. Deane's Cafe-Bistro, which is a great spot for dinner and drinks, is right across the road so no taxi or travel needed! Ended up being able to get on street parking right outside the hotel so no need to park in any multistory car park and walk with bags. I would advise you check the on-street parking availability before driving to a multistory which might be a 5 or 10 minute walk. Friendly, helpful staff. Plus comfortable beds and a great breakie in the morning! We were on the 2nd floor and pretty much above the busy bar downstairs so I would advise you ask for a room on a higher floor. We were in a twin room but there was only 1 bath towel! Easily rectified and not a huge complaint at all.COM, Dublin16 October 2012

4.5 star ratingYour hotel staff are a huge credit to your business on 4-6 April the front of house male staff went out of their to advise and help us. The restaurant staff on the morning of 6 April (we only had breakfast on the 1 day) were great. This really made our holiday a memorable and happy experience. Not a complaint - just a thought - printed details of how to work the heating/air conditioning unit could be helpful to some people who are not technophobic. Although we had no problem we heard of someone who found it cold the first night and didn't realise they could adjust the unit. 09 April 2013

4.0 star ratingA very friendly welcome from the guy on the reception desk (Stephen?) - a nice start to our break. Food in the adjoining bar was very good, and staff there were as good as in the hotel. Room was very comfortable, although the two small pillows weren't sufficient - we had to ask for more.Only 1 towel in the room (for the two of us), and no toiletries.23 April 2013
4.5 star ratingThe lunch and dinner was gorgeous I'm still dreaming of the ribs I had:)!When we went to the gym nobody told us we had to request the steam room an sauna to be turned on and we waited about 15/20minutes after we got it turned in an it never warmed up! The cooked breakfast wasnt great.26 May 2013

5.0 star ratingThe receptionist was absolutely brilliant!! We stayed for a concert but were running late so upon checkin she offered to ring us a taxi if we rang down from the room when ready. Then she directed us to the nearest off license when the taxi driver proved useless! She gave us advice on the best bars etc she was just brilliant, really went out of her way to help us any way shape or form! I had to tip her she was just so great! The bar boasted great cocktails only to have no cocktail mixture upon arrival. Apart from that all staff were excellent and the hotel was great value for money, im a clean freak and couldnt fault it so definite thumbs up and would highly recommend! Parking is on street though and its free from Saturday evening and all Sunday so then would be the best time to stay for drivers!ash09 February 2014

5.0 star ratingWhen ordering a drink the bar man just put the money on the counter and did not place it in my hand. A small thing but manners cost nothing!Robbie14 December 2014
4.5 star ratingHotel in good location, Girl on front desk very polite, helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and spacious, bathroom spotless. In my opinion the staff make a hotel if they're not friendly and helpful I wouldn't return, in this case i will be back. Very happy customer. Maybe have better rates for breakfast. Full breakfast £4 within 2 mins walk away. Alan S09 December 2014
