4.0 star ratingroom was very comfortable and spacious for two people. we had paid for 1 king bed and then were told at reception it was twin beds and had it changed quickly but when we went to our room we had twin beds in our room. We then had to go back to reception to explain but it was quickly resolved once again. Hotel is very central. Will stay again.bb25 March 2014

2.0 star ratingThe reception staff were friendlyOur room was not configured the way we had requested (and confirmed only a few days prior) There were only two towels for four guests The room smelt like cigarette smoke We were told a new room would be available for us, with the room configuration requested at the time of booking, and called when it was ready for us to move into. After 90 mins we still had heard nothing and had to go to reception ourselves to find out what was happening. The key cards for the lift did not work on multiple occasions Overall extremely disappointed. We have stayed here numerous times in the past and had a great experience.
