5.0 star ratingCommunication prior to trip, regarding stay, was prompt and helpful. Room upgraded at no extra cost, loved the apartment and everything we needed was there. Option to have room serviced or not was great, appreciated the privacy. Hotel was in a prime position, close to everything and free 'loopy bus' service less than a minute's walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again and readily recommend, loved it :)Nothing that would stop me staying there again :)anno01 May 2013
