2.5 star ratingThe rooms were neat and tidy.I specifically booked this hotel because of the outdoor pool on a beautiful sunny adelaide weekend. I was bitterly disappointed to find a note on the door of the pool saying it was closed. I spoke to the staff about it and said how upset i was. It was due to an unbalance in the pool, the staff seemed to be trying to balance it but it wasnt happening. What i dont understand is why wasnt there a note on the booking form for this hotel to say the pool was out of order?? and why wasnt a professional called to fix the pool. I will never stay here again!!!22 November 2013
