3.0 star ratingLocation was fantastic, good price on rooms and enjoyed the pool area, rooms were cleanStaff were unhelpful. Requests on room configuration made on hotelopia were ignored, the person on checkin was useless and stuffed up the checkin mulitple times making it a 30 minute exercise, there were no towels at the pool area on multiple occasions and staff were not inclined to assist in getting more brought out, concierge was nice but didnt listen to our requests merely decided what she thought we should do and took too much time to book opposed to just listening to what we wanted and acting on it. 11 August 2013
