Hotel Information

The hotel is located about 800 m from the beach and at a 5- minute walk from the town centre. Links to the public transport network are within about 1 km and Agadir-Al Massira Airport is approximately 28 kms away. It offers all the necessary facilities and services for a pleasant stay. Composed of separate buildings named after cities of the Sahara, it is built in traditional Moroccan style and is surrounded by flowered patios and breath-taking fountains. Guests may dine in the restaurant or enjoy a drink at the bar. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park. The rooms offer refined decoration in a traditional Moroccan style. The floors are covered with pink marble. In addition to an en-suite bathroom, each room is provided with a balcony or loggia with a view of the gardens. Leisure options include a swimming pool, as well as various sport and SPA facilities.

3.5 star ratingStaff at concierge are quite helpful especially Mohamed. Dining Room staff are also very accommodating and pleasant.The bellhop boys are nowhere to be found when you need them. They chat around the entrance of the lobby most of the time. The construction of the hotel is such that you need to climb several stairs - no elevators or runway for easy pulling of luggages. Alas! the bellhops show up when you are already in the lobby where they then pull the baggages from you for "bakshish" (tips).Chavivs29 January 2013

3.5 star ratingClean, good location.Very noisey, often people who aren't staying at the hotel are allowed to come in and use the facilities, often hanging around the pool and reception area. This hotel is fine for the price, but it is very basic and not 4* and should not be advertised as such. 09 April 2013
4.0 star ratingRooms were cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels provided. Washing and ironing facility was good. Breakfast timing was great that started at 5am til 10am that gave you more than sufficient time to have your breakfast before setting off on an excursion. Fully air conditioned room also a great well maintained garden.Far from a 4 star as no fridge, hairdryer. Old CRT TV with only one moroccon channel. Phone was not working in room and was also not sorted the seven days we were there.Gul16 May 2013

2.5 star ratingVery good situation and nice and calm enviromment.Towels are incredibly old and not something you can offer to any hotel's guest. Soap and shampoo are reslly basic. All this can not be find in a 3/4 stars hotel. A big difference between the offer on the site and the reality service of the hotel. Comfort and service are not in the level of what hotel's propose. 5.0 star ratingAmazing hotel. Looks like a little village. To all reviewers complaining about staff-moodiness, don't forget that morocco has a tip-culture. You have to tip the hotel staff, it's a sign that they do their work right. Staff was fine to us. Room was spotless clean. Cleaners cleaned the hotel every hour. Perfectly clean. Pool area was nice. Great value for the small price we payed. We did not expect it to be this good considdering the price and the fact that it's in a third world country. So low price, still so perfect. We feel amazingly lucky with having stayed here. I recommend it to all!NoneFabian15 November 2013
2.5 star ratingNice appearance and locationThe hotel is in bad state of maintenance!, the pool is very cold and the water not clean, loose tiles on the floor. Breakfast is bad! Fitness extra costs(no dumbells etc). Advice to book only logies...30 December 2013
