This hotel is in a convenient location within an easy 400 m walk of the golden sands, on a side street in the centre of Agadir. Restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities can be reached in a few minutes on foot. This beach hotel has 246 rooms in total spread over 6 floors. It is air-conditioned and has a car park for guests arriving by car. Meals and refreshment can be had at the hotel's bar and dining facilities. Guests can relax in the large lounge area which has a TV corner. A nightclub is available for those with a fancy for nightlife. 4.0 star ratingSud Bahia hotel was fantastic value for money. The rooms were furnished and decorated to a high standard and were cleaned thoroughly each day. The rest of the hotel has seen better days, however everything was in good working condition, and the pool area was very clean and well kept. Breakfast admittedly was not great (mostly consisting of croissants, bread rolls and boiled eggs), but for the money it's reasonable, in my opinion. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay. 3.0 star ratingOK for the price paid les than 20 euros for 2 persons.You can see that this use to be a pretty good hotel, but now it requires a lot of repairs (ie plumbing fixtures,1 elevator out of 2 in working order).Personel are demonstrating outside as they have not been paid for close to 3 months.08 April 2013
1.5 star ratingThis hotel was simply horrible! The room and the beds were dirty; I do not even think our bed was cleaned at our arrival. We even slept with our clothes on, in order for our skin not to touch the sheets... The toilet was not working properly and also the bathroom nor the towels looked like they were clean. After we had a walk to the beach we came back to find faeces (!!) in the middle of the hallway of the 1st floor!! The pool didn't seem really clean, breakfast was not that exciting (but after all the dirt, we did not manage to eat anything). Wifi connection wad poor... Believe me, I could go on and on enumerating all the bad things of this hotel, as I cannot really remember one thing that was actually good!MS09 July 2013

4.0 star ratingFor hec price there is nothing to say, the room are spacious, clean, big windows and the atmosphere is quite tipical which one cannot really find in new hotels. Seems that this hotel has been once upon a time a 4 stars one, for some reason, maybe because of the competition which big groups making cold but efficient hotels at a reasonable price this hotel decline but still I admit that it is quite pleasant to benefit the surronding for such a low price. Most workers here althought a little bit down are very helpful.Breakfast is not really up to what it should be and one can be really deceived about it., seems that there is a lack of maintenace servicing is quite poor and overall ambiance is down but finaly what can one expect for the price, we do not even have a bed in a dormitory in a YMCA for that kind of fee... think about it if you want more ...... pay more.. if you accept the prce do not complain and enjoy the good parts.Anonymous 03 September 2014

1.0 star ratingNothing positive to say about the hotelArrived at the hotel in the afternoon, Staff were quite rude, I was told room was not ready, eventually got the key and the sheets were not on the bed. Room was filty, carpet is almost black, looks like it was never cleaned. The room and hotel itself have are in very poor condition. No upgardes done to the rooms in years. Took one look and left hoterl handing back the key and telling the rude staff I would not be staying.upset18 August 2016
