3.0 star rating	The hotel was nice. The room struction and view were very nice too.	The staff are terrible at this hotel. The receptionist seems like she is not bothered. The hotel is big and if you request something they come to you on a buggy. This means if you want someone to come and assist you your looking at around half an hour to an hour. Its crazy! If you call the reception and ask for something, they will say ok and then totally forget about it until you ring them 5 more times!
