3.0 star ratingclean and nice apartment. Housekeepers were very friendly, helpful and polite. ruddy, Unprofessional and unhelpful receptionists including hotel manager. We were homeless upon arrival for 2 hours, unwelcomed. The police was involved in our check in procedure. Forced to pay phone bills which were not ours, Ripped off by hotel manager, 11 February 2012

1.0 star ratingYou get not the apartment you paid for. We paid for 5 persons and received an apartment for two. After complaining they could only offer us an apartment with one bedroom with one two persons bed and two couches. The couches where metal staves stick out, which is very painful to sleep on. After using the shower the floor outside the shower was completely wet which is very dangerous to glide. After complaining several times and after four days we could move to another apartment and again with less beds then we booked. For the breakfast you have to wait 50 minutes and was not served at once and not complete. (first jus d’orange 10 minutes later warm drinks 15 min later bread and croissants ) many times you have to arrange cutlery and serviette. The equipment of the apartment is very bad. All the electrical devices (Airco, fridge and tv) are out of order. The hot plates, water cooker were not available in the apartment and if you get one it is not working. The towels are not available, you have to complain and beg for and get not one towel per person. The towels are grubby and gabble. Cleaning of the room was not done before 17:00 pm first you have to complain. Sometimes after 19:30 pm we have to complain that the apartment was not cleaned and the towels are not available. In the hotel are vermin (cock-roach and lizard). There is noise nuisance till late in the night. The service is very bad and they do not provide you the service you ask for. When we ask for toilet paper or soap it takes more than half a day and you have to ask again for it before they arrange it. WIFI was not available, we complain the first day and days after and after three days they fixed the WIFI and it was not always available and not steady. The Airco in our bedroom was not working we complaint several times but they took no action. On our last evening they came and want to fix it which is too late after 9 days of complaining. Several times a day we had no electricity in the whole hotel. They told us that the capacity of the electricity meter cupboard is not sufficient. Then on an Saturday morning there was no water in the whole hotel from 9:00 am till 15:00 pm. The hotel guests revolt and the police, representative of the ministry of tourism and a representative of the local authority came. The guests hand over their complaints. Our Conclusion a very bad hotel. The manager and the hotel owner don’t provide the space (apartment and equipment) and service the guests paid for. This is Fraud! Nordin26 August 2013
2.5 star ratingTarek the receptionist, clean pool and 10 minutes from the beach. The restaurant managers attitude and manner very unprofessional and rude, same as the rest of staff except a few. Asked for a map upon arrival but did not receive at all thoughtout my stay. Requested flowers and chocolate upon my arrival my arrival but got them a day later and then got a hefty bill when checking out. Expect to pay extra taxes upon arrival too. Won't recommend at all as there many other options available for the same price if not cheaper. It's the worst hotel experience I've had in Morrocco and I'm marrocan too so I know the country and people well. 24 September 2013
