4.0 star ratingChecking in and out was fast. The staff was efficient and friendly.Do not like the toilet as it was separated and troublesome. It should be linked to 1 toilet. 5.0 star ratingThe hotel room has everything you need, even has separate tlet and bathroom although the room is not big. The service is absolutely two thumps up. You can directly access to subway from hotel's lift, super convenient . To all main attraction only takes 15 min . Taxi to hotel only cost SGD 25。 The buffet of hotel's restaurant is SGD25 which includes big crabs and other local food. 房間雖然不算大，但卻是麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，甚至廁所和浴室也是分開的。所有你需要的東西都有，最喜歡它明亮的燈光。牀和枕頭很舒服。免費供應的飲用水非常大瓶。每次call 客戶服務都立刻有人來，很有效率。早餐的room service 很大份，是用竹籃子裝的，保溫效果一流且很有東南亞的特色，只要HKD110，足夠兩人吃。酒店可直達地鐵，10 到15分鐘內可以去到各個主要景點，超方便。樓下的商場是面對年輕人的，潮店林立，還有很多好吃又不貴的餐廳。地鐵裡有家很大的農場式的餐廳Marche ，開道11pm,所有食物即買即煮，健康極了。酒店旁邊就有7-11。酒店自己的餐廳的自助餐才HKD150,有豐富的本地菜，例如大螃蟹，絕對超值。從機場到酒店Taxi fee SGD25. 買張ezlink地鐵卡就可以玩遍新加坡，餘額可在離開新加坡錢全數退還，無須扣任何按金。non . 4.0 star ratingLocation on Orchard is great. The pool level is lovely. The pool had black bits in it. The so called premium Foxtel channel had old movies e.g devil wears prada, nothing recent and during our five nights repeated over and over. The Internet was also slow and we could not access even news sites. The extra we paid for a city view room landed us on 16th floor with a view of the Singtel building. Not really worth the extra $$. Seperate lifts from room to lobby level is ok but the ones from lobby level to shopping centre is slow and congested. Anonymous 17 February 2015

4.5 star rating1) The infinity pool was very nice (though with shallow water) 2) I was most impressed with the excellent professionalism of the staff . A cleaner found my mobile phone which I accidentally left behind in the guest room .I did not realise that I left the phone there as I have already searched the room for it without success . The manager(s) on duty emailed me about the matter. The phone will be returned to me via courier service (glad to pay for the service obviously). 3) Location of the hotel is excellent.. 4) Excellent value for money,in my opinion. DP19 March 2015
