4.5 star ratingLovely building, superb friendly professional staff at Reception, Valet etc Christmas decorations made the lobby and building exterior very inviting and magical. All staff very friendly.No Spa treatments whatsoever available during our stay, Food at Perrotts not great and definitely not as described on menu in all cases. Despite pointing this out, items remained on bill. TV channels in room really need to be upgraded and a mini-bar would be nice. Otherwise a really special hotel.finalorders129 November 2013
