4.0 star ratingThe hotel was easy to get from the airport( 45 mins by car). The staff were helpful. Facilities were nice and clean. Food was great. There is a supermarket about 50m from the hotel which was handy where you could buy most of your requirements. Beaches were nearby as well as public transportation. 5.0 star ratingEen mooi, goed schoon gehouden hotel waarin klantvriendelijkheid tot de kernkwaliteiten behoort. Het ligt buiten het massatoerisme, net onder het groene hart. Een mooie uitvalsbasis voor wie met een auto wil rondtoeren maar ook de bus rijdt frequent. Wij komen terug!Jan 25 September 2011

3.5 star ratingStaff always very friendly and helpful. Room very spacious for 2 people, perhaps would be a bit cramped for 3 or 4, very clean and tidy. Pool area nice and relatively quiet. Short walking distance to nice beach at Playa de la Arena and very interesting town Los Gigantes (marina with both tours up coast and to see whales/dolphins). Bus stop directly outside hotel with regular buses to Los Cristianos (south) and Los Gigantes/Puerto de la Cruz (north) and supermarket about 50m away. Can highly recommend a small bar called Juanitos next to the supermarket, which sells cheap drinks and simple but tasty home-made tapas.We booked B&B and the breakfast spread was not the best- juice very sweet and coffee unpleasant. TVs in the rooms could do with updating. Bath in our room was very slippy, as was the tiled floor if wet.Ali T18 March 2014
