It features a great pool area and an on-site restaurant. The spectacular black sandy beach is less than 5 minutes away, numerous restaurants, bars, cafés and shops are close-by. 3.5 star ratingLage des Hotels ist super - schöner Ausblick auf den Atlantik und La Gomera. Schöner Strand fussläufig. Supermarkt, Geschäfte und Bushaltestellen (um die Insel zu erkunden) in direkter Nähe. Preis bei Onlinezahlung. Habe seit vielen Jahren mal wieder Hotel mit Verpflegung (Halbpension) gebucht - es ist angenehm, wenn man Massenabfertigung und Plastikbecher in Kauf nehmen möchte.Hotel ist etwas hellhörig. Wurden beim Abendbrot lediglich am ersten Abend nach einem Getränk gefragt - die restlichen Tage ignoriert! Sogenannte Cocktails an der Bar sind ein Witz! kama04 February 2013

1.5 star ratingthe food was not good, never had any seafood other than fish during 6 day stay, never had jamon serrano. The glasses for the juice/water was very small. The room has no window, it was smelly. It needs to be refurbished. The staff was not very professional. They are first to make you pay for everything, and they take their time to apologise and sort out things.21 March 2013

1.5 star ratingThe only positive side is the cheap price. But when you get crap for your money does it worth it? If you plan your holiday, definitely search for something better. Food like in cantine.. eatable but nothing special. Coffee is crap both in restaurant and bar. Rooms one the 1st floor is like dungeon (forget about sea view). Sole entrance from the pool side, some kind of insects in the room, no free 220v sockets. Too much chlorine smell from the pool. If you get smoking neighbours, prepare to be a passive smoker. Wi-fi is free in lobby but sometimes doesn't work. Took a coffee in the hall bar - menu says 1.40e, in fact the bill was 1.59e + IGIC 7% = 1.70e. Sure, 0.30e doesn't matter much.. but the fact that they cheat customers is disgusting.nick18 May 2014

3.5 star ratingPleasant staff. Hard-working cleaners. Beautiful seaview.Terrible noise from" building site" right in front of hotel - not building but breaking into & removing rock. All day 9 -7pm, completely spoilt any relaxation I hoped to get on my balcony. Nothing hotel can do about it, but I would not return here unfortunately, and I am sure the work will be continuing for at least another year. What a shame.Anonymous 20 March 2017
