4.5 star ratingwe already recommend this hotel to our friends in Belgium. We were very happy with our choise to this hotel. We liked everything; the room, the garden (that was very important to us), the service off the staff everything was very good. The only thing was the food for us it was to cold but that was the only thing because the desserts, the choise of the food that was oke We have enjoyd our visite in jour hotel and if we come back to tenerife whit the hole family we will book again with be live thanks for your service 27 February 2012

4.0 star ratingThis is a lovely relaxing hotel. Facilitiies are excellent as are the staff.Queues at the bar area are large at times, this could be alleviated by waiters going round the tables taking orders. Evening entertainment is also a little hit and miss at timesHelenJ26 April 2015
4.5 star ratingTrevligt bemötande av personalen. Maten alltid fräsch och god. Närheten till stranden var bra. Hela tiden aktiviteter på hotellet med skämtsam och vänlig personal.Att biljardspelet kostade pengar, €1/spel (övriga spel såsom minigolf och pingis var det bara deposition på). Att depositionen alltid var tvunget att vara i kontanter. Blev mycket kontanter för badlakanen där depositionen var €12/badlakan. Skulle önska att de hade en liknande lekplats och höghöjdsbana för barn som de har på systerhotellet Costa los Gigantes (eller att man åtminstone fick använda sig av den).Jillehed12 December 2015

4.5 star ratingHotel ma juz pare lat i powoli zaczynaja wychodzic male mankamenty jak chociazby cieknaca spluczka, pekniety zamek od drzwi na balkon i brak mozliwosci skutecznego ich zamkniecia (p.429) , ale ..... no wlasnie inne rzeczy to wszystko rekompensuja. Czysto, milaobsluga, pyszne jedzenie ( kuchnie z roznych stron swiata), dostepnosć jedzenia w all praktycznie caly czas, fajne baseny, wygodne lezaki, wieczorami klimatyczna muzyka na zywo. Generalnie " jaskinia rozpusty " . Polecam. Podobno hotel trzyma caly czas taki poziom. Na pewno jeszcze z niego skorzystam :-)henio03 February 2016
