2.5 star ratingThis hotel has a range of facilities, however the facilities are located far away from one another. In order to get to these facilities, one must catch a buggy. Buggies are very irregular.Bad service...Not a hotel for those with walking problems as transport buggies do not come as regularly as they should and do not transport to rooms. The complex is very large. We had a triple room that was booked months before our stay. We were booked at this hotel on two separate occasions - on neither occasion was the third bed made up despite the manager clearly saying that they were. On our second stay the sofa bed collapsed and was propped up with a coffee table underneath. Certainly not a 5 hotel. The food in the general dining room was buffet which was cheap quality. I would NOT recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.Anonymous 04 February 2014
