5.0 star ratingOur stay was a short one but the location to Gatwick Airport South Terminal was excellant. We walked to the airport in the morning directly from the hotel with easy signs to guide us right to the departure area. The beds and pillows were a dreamy welcome. We didn't hear one airplane at night which I thought was going to be the case staying near the airport. We ordered room service, the food was so good and tasty with great quick service. I charged my blackberry in the Chargebox provided for a min. fee I loved that I could do that safely, what a great service. Canadian Traveller14 September 2010

4.5 star ratingThe hotel was very central to the airport with parking close by.As we have stayed at this hotel before we recommended it to friends , being so close to the airport . The only down side was as we were staying one night and payed for the hotel we didn't think it was right to have to pay to park the car as well.12 May 2012

5.0 star ratingThe checking in and out , both very easy - staff friendly and polite . Room was lovely apart from a few small niggles like the toilet flush button being broken l The restaurant and bar are should be more defined and guests should be made aware of where one ends and the other starts - I ended up having dinner next to a bunch of loud revellers in the bar 09 October 2012
2.5 star ratingI booked a double room and paid for two people even though I was the only one staying overnight . SO when a friend joined me for Breakfast in the morning I was charged £14.50 for a breakfast. ( Reason for paying for a double room 2 people) Slow check in and they take a deposit on your card of £50 even though the room is prepaid.Anonymous 23 April 2014
