Connected to biggest shopping mall in Bangkok and also within 5 minutes of very good alternatives.Compromise on location is that you are not so close to the tourist attractions but these are easily reachable within 30 minutes by taxi or public transport.Lee Quah03 November 2009

4.0 star ratingThe second and third rooms on the 42nd floor were in good condition and clean. The first room on the 33rd floor they gave us had smelly carpets. It smelt similar to smelly foot rot. After we complained to the front desk, they were very quick to assign us another room but on the smoking floor. We were willing to smell stale smoke than the stench in the room.....Anonymous 14 June 2015
3.0 star ratingGood location, next to Central World. Room (double superior) was spacious, bed was very big and comfortable. Staff was great.Definitely not a 5 star hotel for the amount of money paid. Bathroom had fungus and had all the amenities you could easily find in a 4* or 3* hotel. Breakfast was so so, a lot of the buffet was finished. Centara has to step up, there are much better hotels with batter value for money.Couple23 April 2016
