4.0 star ratingGood location close to BTS, Just opposite to Central World and next to Big C and McDonald. Reasonable price with free wi-fi and breakfast. Staff on the whole polite and helpful. But guests must note there is no convenient footbridge linking the hotel and Central World. Has to go up a footbridge, go down and walk to the Central World main entrance on the opposite side of the road. A longer walk is via Gaysorn Building to Central World's another entrance. 1. The rooms are a bit old although the public areas have been renovated.No LCD TV as advertised but only very outdated, big box TV set. 2. Wi-fi is not steady. Connection is sometimes lost, and you are only told to log on again after many attempts. 3. The housekeeping maids are very poor. Twice they knocked on my door after breakfast time to ask to clean the room. On one occasion the maid asked to clean the room while I went out for breakfast. When I told her to come later, she dared to query me 'you don't want to clean the room?' Another maid who knocked my door also queried me, prompting me to yell at her.
