4.0 star rating1. The size of the room is very good at this rate. 2. The shower area is well designed. 3. It will be great if there is a chair and a table on the balcony. 1. The AC outdoor compressor installed on the balcony is wrong. It makes the balcony not enjoyable. 2. The maintenance of the swimming pool is very poor. 4.5 star ratingThe Day Manager, Miss Noy (I sincerely apologize if I spelled her name incorrectly) could not have been nicer. When we explained that our room had a noisy A/C, she found an alternative room for us. She was professional and handled everything with a smile. Her staff was also very helpful finding a taxi to the airport when there wasn't a taxi in sight for almost 30 minutes! Staff were very kind and also helpful with directions to out of the way restaurants and negotiating taxis for these outings as well. Breakfast buffet was of good quality and good choice of foods. We had a great stay and have rebooked for March arrival. Thank you!We had breakfast at 8-8:30 each day and once at 9:45. This is what we noticed: 1) the breakfast staff could be a little more attentive with the cleaning up of the tables for next guests. There was food on the floor under our table and in the buffet area. Also, other tables had dirty plates waiting to be taken away. The later in the breakfast service, the worse it became. 2) After some food items were consumed, the trays would remain empty and not refilled in a timely manner. Again, after 9:15-9:30, food trays remained empty for quite some time and some were not refilled at all. Hostess staff was not proactive in alerting the kitchen to refill food trays. 3.0 star ratingNice room with all the nessesery facilitys. Good bed and verry good pillows. The room was not ready . But we make a rest at the swimmingpool. Not even a welkome drink after a verry long journey. No explonation from the lady okt the check-inn about breakfast time or orther facilities. A must for a 5 star hotel. Asking every day for the coffees and Thea facilitys was not verry Nice to do. The breadkfast was good also for European verry good coffee , but the waitresses where we think quit new. 4.5 star ratingi was upgraded to a one bed apartment which was great pool is nice and decent enough size steam room ok you need to get them to turn on 10 minutes before using staff are friendly and efficient i prefer residence to the nearby hotel some v good professional massage places nearby walk from BTS is very akward because of side walk, do not attempt with luggage a good tip it that you can cut through to Conrad hotel and walk down wireless (withayu road) they provide a tuk tuk service which is fine.Anonymous 06 December 2015
