The two-storey house, with 250 m2, has four double bedrooms and is perfect for families or groups of friends. Two of the bedrooms are fitted with two single beds each, while the other two bedrooms have double beds. Three of the bedrooms and three bathrooms (2 en suite) are located upstairs while the fourth one is downstairs, and there is also another bathroom. Three of the bathrooms are equipped with shower and one with bath. All of them do have hairdryer. You can feel a warm atmosphere in every room. Sit down and relax in the living room, where you will find two sofas. A nice place for watching satellite TV, surf the internet (WIFI) or have a siesta. The dining room area is fitted with a wooden table for 8 people where you can comfortably enjoy your meals with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: toaster, coffee maker, gas stove and oven, cutlery, kitchen utensils, fridge and freezer, etc. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board. Outside the house is very nice. Spend time on the terrace, prepare a barbecue, swim in the swimming pool or just relax in the garden. The porch, with 100 m2 is furnished with a huge wooden table. All of you can get together and also cook outside because right next to the barbecue there is a second kitchen, which has a dishwasher. On the front side of the porch, facing the swimming pool, there is a chill out area with seats and armchairs. The right place for relax seekers. The swimming pool, chlorine water and 4.5x8 metres, is private. Next to the swimming pool there is also a pergola with another dining area. A good place to enjoy the Mediterranean weather.
